@ Ferd why would I be hanging around outside a club

Isnt that what everyone does?

I always find myself waiting at the end of the night for mates to pick up coats/ finish drinks/ stop chatting to strangers/ find the exit door.. etc

Even more so at The Cross actually, not sure why :?:

Ok lets get one thing straight, I dont purposely hang out outside clubs!

but we rarely all leave the club at the same time, we're always scattered all over the shop, so we all decide to wait for eachother outside, rather than leave with out sayiong goodbye or without discussing afterparties
That is all!

sorry everyone.

Friday night: Drinks w/ my brother and his friends.
Saturday: Golf, then met friends out Saturday night at this new super club called The Shelter where DJ Sneak was playing.:?:

I know I heard some positive reviews about him recently on these boards, but I wasn't too impressed with him. He played a real "deep housey" set, and he didn't wow me much with his mixing. It was still fun, however, so I shouldn't complain too much.

Saturday was brilliant. I think the winter-like temperatures kept some clubbers at home so The Cross wasnt too rammed. Seb and Carter were on top form, and the DJ in the main room at the end was good too, I think it was that Cedric Gervais, the Space miami resident.

The DJ at the end in the main room was Paul Harris. I've just googled them - Cedric was the one after Seb. Excellent night - I really enjoyed it. :p And thanks so much for forcing me to drink that shot of tequila Ferd.

Good research about the dJ's.
No worries about the tequila, I can just about remember that bit.

Grego and Barbie, ok, i'll accept it, it was isp behaviour

Fri: Sensible night shocker!!! Ate well and got plenty of sleep for the following few nights...

Sat/Sun: Got a few fabulous "going out presents" from people (very very bad, but equally very very good   ).
Started off for a few drinks in Tokyo, then made it along to The Other Rooms for more people to meet up for more drinks, finally got into the club around 11.30 where we met more people (who I didnt know were coming out to play so that was fantastic, so we ended up with our own corner of the dancefloor for 16!!) MYNC were pretty good to be honest, lots of grooving and jumping around and general dancey music - gave my camera to one of our group who is a "photographer" to get the sensible photos in early on - some photographer - forgot to set the flash for about 12 photos ...:spank: ) was looking forward to a whole night of minxiness, however got a text at around 2.30 to say Benson would not settle at the dog sitters so they were driving him home - 8O 8O 8O cue - rush for taxi with half the crowd following behind - gets home to find a message on the answer machine saying "Oh he's finally settled at 3.00am so we are just going to bring him back tomorrow as planned - not a happy puppy!!! However, Phil brings out the "birthday presents" for us to indulge in which brought a smile back to my face and a spring back in my step....... dog arrives home at lunchtime....... brought by two very very tired friends and their two under 2year old kids - (I think we were being punished for their lack of sleep....    ) Rest of the day consisted of walking Benson for the Sunday papers then finally making it home to just stare at the said papers for a few hours and pretend that we both were reading them.....
Mon: Official birthday, more presents (sensible ones this time  ) and lovely romantic meal out with my lovely hubby, got absolutely wrecked on champagne and wine and ended up back home by 9.30 slaughtered - I think our defences were very low from the weekend    asleep on the sofa by 11 in all our finery..:?

Tues: I have never felt so wrong in my life - alcohol is the worst drug ever - FACT....
