i wish my wife was up for inappropriateness with "gorgeous blondes"

sensible weekend - and thoroughly enjoyable one at that!

Fri - Wine and DVD's (which I fell asleep during... )
Sat: To the woods to play in the river with the dog and then tea and cake in the little coffee shop - 4 hours tramping through woods and I was knackered....... ordered a chinese and an early night...

Sun: To the beach whilst it was sunny, frolicked in the sea with the dog and the husband - walked to the pub for a Sunday Lunch.... came home read the papers and relaxed whilst it hammered it down with rain.... lovely

Feel bright eyed and bushy tailed today....

however that will all change next weekend as its the birthday celebrations but with foresight have booked Mon and Tue off work (just in case if goes horribly wrong...    )

friday - out for beers after work. once again turned into a horrid messy session. ended up in my local cheese club thinking i was a celebrity. dont know why, just thought i was. absolutely muntered. also met most beautiful woman in the world and proceeded to make a complete 1kerr of myself (although from memory she seemed quite amused).

saturday - lay in bed dying a death, came into work in the afternoon, left after a couple of hours

sunday - much the same

 I'll have to find myself a wife like yours! 8) ;)

Fruitstock was ok, not really my thing musically.
Norman Jay played a very urban set, lots of hiphop / RnB.

Highlight was Arrested Developement playing "Every day people" right at the end. Im just about old enough to remember the words too

That sounds like a nice weekend break there, Mr Sun. What made you choose Turin?

Cheap flights with BA ;) Plus I love Italy and hadn't been for ages.. very lucky with great weather, a lovely hotel and a couple of lovely meals - highlight for me was the duck breast on a bed of fresh warm blueberries - YUM.

A fairly quiet weekend indeed....

Fri - Stayed in and had a couple of ciders and watched the double BB Eviction.

Sat - Went to Glasgow for the day and done some shopping getting last things for Ibiza and things for a fancy dress party in a couple of weeks. Drank a huge amount of vodka at a friends house in the evening and fairly early to bed.

Sun - Food shop and lots of TV

Roll on this weekends plans of carnage

Sat - travelled up to Liverpool, viewed an apartment then went the pub.
Sat eve - out in Liverpool, had far too many shots in a vodka bar then off to dance under the rose petals at Alma de Cuba..... rest of the night is a blur.

Sun - Travelled to Newcastle, what a fantastic city, I love it there and the people are so sweet. Got to the Malmassion and raideed the mini bar, followed by lots of lovely cocktails in the Mal bar and a meal. Then finished the night of with far to many glasses of champagne.

I feel like crap today.

Manic weekend!

Moved into my new house on Saturday. It's amazing. It's a Listed Georgian Townhouse with four floors, massive gardens and even has servants quarters (i kid you not) an it's filled with huge fireplaces and original features!

Spent yesterday drinking under my apple tree! 8)

Fri: Got wedded :D Flew to Ibiza, waited millenia for a cab, booked into hotel La Ventana around midnight, fews drinks on roof terrace, few more drinks at Dome etc.

Sat/Sun: Breakfast at Bliss, boat to Playa d'En Bossa, all day at Bora Bora, back to hotel for drinks, late meal at Pacha then utter carnage with some really cool people we met - one was a bit of a celeb but would rather not name ;) . Left Pacha around 7am, then on to Mulletover at Space where we stayed until around 4pm. Had a brilliant time there - music was top notch! Dragged ourselves back to hotel for a couple of hours shuteye, then went to LaBrasa for a very average meal which is odd for that place :?

Mon: Quick breakfast and off to airport.

Fantastic weekend!!

:D

Sounds just like the kind of pad we have been wanting for years and never quite found one. Those old town houses knock the modern day incarnation into a cocked hat. Enjoy :)

Yes it was.

Would definately stay there again. Ideal place for a long weekend.

No just the long weekend, which was perfect! We're not exactly the 2 weeks on a Sandals holiday type people

Going to south of france in a few weeks and hopefully Ibiza straight from there so still plenty of holiday time left.

hightlighs: Norman Jay on sun afternoon in the sunshine. XPress 2 with an awsome sound and light show. The AWESOME Proclaimers. Longrange (phil hartnoll from orbital's new band) oh and loads and loads and loads more

Ah, that's it.. I thought you had said you were going to France and Ibiza... That's a separate trip... cool.

Well, glad you had a good weekend. Were any relatives invited, in the end?
