Weekend Rundowns

Not much I can add to what Babs and Bec have said, brilliant brilliant weekend - everyone we saw was good - Eric Prydz was my favourite, every record sounded like the best thing I'd ever heard and didn't want it to end!
The camping "facilities" left a lot to be desired...

A great weekend 8)
Fri - travelled down south and met up with all the crew for Global. Had a few drinks in the evening in my mates garden and before we knew it things were getting messy so we managed to force ourselves to get some kip and slept for about 4 hours before and was up at 7 on sat morning. Was too excited to sleep
Sat - sat around till 1pm till our transport picked us up and made ourway to Long Marston. The AA had put up direction signs to divert us away from Stratford so the journey took longer than anticipated
Got into the site around 3pm and seen all those lovely sniffer dogs and was in the site swiftly indeed.
The whole day/night just went went too quick. Can't remember all the DJ's we went to see cos I got fed up looking at my lanyard cos I could never find the right tent on it Sets I do remember are:
Above & Beyond (Gods)
Eric Morillo (R1 Beach)
AVB (Gods)
Eric Prydz (Bedrock)
Unknown (Gurn Bus)
Funny bits: Dancing around like loons in Polysexual and only lasting 10 mins (way to hard for me), seeing this bunch of blokes continually collapsing to the floor evertime they had a go on the oxygen ballons
- lightweights. Playing lots of beach ball on the beach. My mate Ant falling asleep on us at 3am and then waking up not knowing where he was Getting soaked in the rain going from Gods to Bedrock and Lurch falling in the mud with his shorts and flip flops on. Doing the funfair in the rain. Snorting a whole bottle of liquid gold to myself (it certainly was not as strong as the stuff I get back home )
Bad bits:
Toilets (usual)
Defected Tent - wanted to set it alight.
Stayed in the gods tend till the bitter end then tried to munch on a bacon butty from a burger van served by a huge group of grumpy/girls women (freaking us out). We then sat out the site in a layby the sunshine (it was freeezing) waiting on our transport coming before we all passed out on the drive back.
Sun - Slept from 9am till 4pm then had lots of beer and curry to recover. Then watched all the video clips and photos from Sat.
Mon - drove the 300 and odd miles back home.
