It's my new fave toy   I keep rearranging my wine bottles in it and stroking it

When I was in Barcelona last summer, the apartment we stayed in had a mint green one (obviously not as pretty as pink!) and I regularly bummed it.

Where have you moved to?

 I'm not the most undomesticated person in the world but there's something about Smegs that brings out the domestic goddess in me

A house in London? My word! Glad to hear the move went well and at least you'll know the area well!

 We're getting the pup in July so until then it can be my playground :D

remember to make it puppy safe, those little critters can dig dig dig and get away all so very easily.../:lol:

What sort of furry baby you and Tom going to get?
Who's going to look after the furry baby when you go on your jaunts?

PS - word of advice - get him/her tagged and take out pet insurance - save you a fortune in the long run. We worked out, that the cost in 16years for Benson and the lovely Harley (RIP) was about the cost of a totally no expense spared 2 weeks in Ibiza in a very nice private 10 person villa.... with all necessary evils chucked into the equation..... (EEEEEKKKKK!!!!)

Don't worry I've thought about all that, I'm taking my new role as a mother very seriously  ;)

We're going to Battersea to get a stray, there's too many poor pups out there who need love so we're going to rescue one and give it some Babs love :D We're not getting it til after Ibiza cos we don't want to get it and then unsettle it, I've got a couple of contact details for leaving it for future holidays. When we get back from June's holiday we're going to Battersea to speak to the people there about the most suitable type etc etc and then we're going to get it mid July. I can't wait, then my life will be complete

Oh my god I am really excited - puppies are brill..... another quick tip, if you can - get 2, because if you and Tom are at work all day, they will keep each other company (however, then can cause twice as much mayhem too!!):? :?

Its great being a mum....... when everyone at work gets piccies of their kids out I get my babies photos out too - but some people just dont understand.

On a shallow point of being a mum, you get more presents too - Mother's day pressies, christmas and birthday pressies off the kids - its great!!

PS - on the subject of "babs love"I do hope its not the type of "babs love" you intend to give to your pink Smeg.. I dont believe that that is a love you could get away with for doggies :-(

On the wine at 12pm whilst getting ready, then down the pub to watch the match. Jon had gone up to Cardiff without a ticket, but amazingly he bunged the guy on the door £50 and he let him in!!! How dodgy is that lol, the FA Cup Final and they were letting people in for a bit of cash!

Th moral of the story is forget paying £500 for a ticket on the black market, just bribe peopel!! 8O

Well done on the move babs. Surprised Tom didnt make you watch the parade again

Didnt make it to Ministry. Did nothing other than buy myself a Barca top for wednesday. Which wasnt as easy as it sounds. Practically EVERY single sports shop in central london had run out of Barca shirts 8O (yet they had Real Madrid shirts at discounted price because they cant shift them  )

I've already said to Tom that if we go to Battersea and we see a little pup and he's got a brother/sister it would be unfair to leave one of them  ;)

I can't wait to be a mum :D
