Weekend Rundowns

Fri - went to meet Becki in Borehamwood after work - what a strange place (I apologise in advance to any Borehamwood dwellers for offending your home town, I'm sure it's delightful and I only saw the worse parts and missed the flower bed that won the award for best flower bed in 1987 ), had a few wines and then went to the TV studios for Celeb Big Brother. How funny Me and Bec appeared to be the only 'grown-ups' there and the only ones without banners Good to see the scrubber get evicted so lots of boo-ing was had (altho Bec wouldn't let me throw bottles of piss ) Headed back to Becs where we had more wines and she gave me my birthday present Me and Tom are now the proud owner of 11 pups as Bec bought me 2 new additions to the family for my birthday New additions to the family are Mike and Clare Manumission (I'll post pictures so you'll see how they got their names )

Sat - got the train over to Essex in the day while Tom was at work and went over to my bezzie mates, got on the champagne very early to celebrate their new arrival Scarlet Decided I wanted a baby Tom came over after work, drank hideous amounts of wine/champagne.

Sun - woke up late, decided I'd gone off the idea of having a baby (too much like hard work ), went to the pub for Sunday lunch, lots more wines, watched the Chelsea game and finally got home late last night.

Feel well and truly retoxed

Friday: Joey came home from Blackpool and we had a cosy night in infront of the TV. Got another shout out on Pete Tongs Essential Selection so that made my night .

Saturday: Got up early to meet Sarah at Hotel Du Vin at 10.00am for our lovely spa day. Went into to sauna and steam room before our treatments and left at 16.00 having had a salt and oil body scrub, massage, manicure, facial and being fed a lovely sea bass, creme Brule (sp) and 2 glasses of lovely chardonnay.

Wasnt going to go out but Joey had got his Divorce through - finally so we went out with some friends for a couple of hours and had a few vodka's.

Sunday: Lie in and then we had a lovely blitz clean of the place and i loved it , got ready to go out to Joeys brothers to see 2 yr old nephew Luka. Sooo cute, he loves everything Thomas the Tank Engine so the whole place was filled with everything Thomas . Threw a few ballons around and then went over to his sisters before going out for dinner with her and Joeys Dad.

Got home at 8pm and then settled down for the evening

friday:

after drinks with work headed home and watched cbb eviction with friends - couldn't see you babs I'm afraid! Then headed out to Slide at the Zodiac here in Oxford which seemed to be filled entirely with people from my old university college in the year below me - about half the people there seem to have been converted to house music after I used to drag them out month after month to this night when I was a student 8)

Was far too drunk but had a fantastic time, the music was excellent, left at 3 when it closed.

Sat: Woke up incredibly hung over, finally managed to get into town at about 7pm for a drink with a friend whom I'd not seen for ages. Finished the night off watching the omen at a friends and sleeping on their sofa.

Sunday: relaxed at home, thought about going to the gym, didn't. Watched invasion again and I even though the story is pretty rubbish I'm still in love with the guy in it... so I'll keep watching

Avoided all temptations, still no wine, drugs or fags since Jan 2nd I'm amazing myself Only bad thing all weekend was pizza on sat night with a friend. Had my dad over saturday to fit my new shower and complete a long list of jobs i had waiting for him, sauna & swim on sunday and thats about it. Mondays have never felt so good

Fri: Worked overtime at work (unpaid of course!!!) Went home, felt knackered so stayed in and watched celeb BB (didn't see you Babs!!!)and Soapstar superstar thing!!And had a bit of a clearout of my wardrobes.


Sat: Got up early to get the train to Nottingham, came back with one jumper (terrible), went to the hairdressers – was in there for 2 and a half hours!! And really don't like it!!! I was actually growing it but now its short!!!


Sun: Slept in (bliss), got up and went to the shop for papers, lounged around. Cleared out remaining wardrobes.


Mon: Slept in, missed bus – didn't get to interview!!! Am going on a brewery tour for work this afternoon!!!

Friday - dashed to Borehamwood straight after work to meet Babs and go to the celeb BB evection . Had a few spritzers in the pub and a bite to eat then headed into Elstree studios to watch it. We arrived a bit later tha most so were pretty near the back which is why I dont think we were caught on camera OMG the amount of people who turned up though, seriosuly there must have been about 800 people (mainly teenagers) queuing outside
Saw the Marshster get evicted, surprisingly there werent THAT many boo's (I was cheering ), I think people had started to feel sorry for her!
After that me and Babs drove back to mine, she had the tour of my house and met my parents lol , had a bottle of wine, then headed to my local pub where Tom met us later

Sat - woke up with the first hangover of the year , done a few bits in the morning then drove down to Canterbury to see Jon's dad. Had a nice relaxing evening and watched more BB!

Sunday - Had a walk round Canterbury in the afternoon, a nice roast, then drove back to London.

Friday - few pints with the girls then back to someone's house for a lovely meal. Watched Celeb BB just to look for Bec & Babs and found myself getting drawn in and voting for Pete Burns twice.

Saturday - went to see Brokeback Mountain. What a wonderful film - felt like sitting in the cinema sobbing after it finished, but went to the pub instead and drowned my sorrows. Then went for dinner at our local Italian.

Sunday - slobbed around with the papers, watched the first episode of the new series of The OC, then four episodes of Dawson's Creek (I really should grow up ). Then that Invasion programme, then that Friends and Crocodiles thing. Accidentally got on the wine again...

Food wasnt all that either

Friday - Went to see Dad in hospital, then shopping with my Mum who bought me a new 'Ladylike' dress for my birthday. Eve watched BB and also watched my brother and Mum get drunk.

Sat - Went for a walk round the forest, went to see Dad. er er drank herbal tea.
Oh but found out I'd won a new pair of UGGs from a compition I entered in aid of Breastcancer Charity. YAY.

Sun - My BIRTHDAY!!!! Got loads of lovely things including an ipod nano with pink case, and clothes/perfume oh and a two hour massage/facial tohave today.
Went to see Dad, then for a nice meal with my family and friends in Bar and Grill in L'pool. Still didn't drink. Ate enough cake to sink a ship though. Drove back to FLT.

I can't believe I had a sober B'day, but I'm planning on falling of the wagon big style next month.

Yeah it's just your typical Harvester I spose, the pub bit on the side is quite nice and homely though!

I've been to Canterbury about a squillion times so I didnt do the tourist bit no lol, we just went into the new shopping centre bit, very nice I must say, purchased a couple of tops!

Fri: Was supposed to go uut for a quiet pint, and ended up getting home at 11am Saturday morning

Sat: My bro's birthday. Met up with about 30 mates in a bar in town. Ended up getting very , great night. Went on to an after party till 2pm Sunday...me and two mates were the only people there not dressed in drag, very amusing!

Sun: went out for a Chinese8)

I might have to go and see Jarhead next for another Jake fix. Yes, Invasion man is rather tasty. I was disappointed that he didn't feel the need to take his shirt off before diving into the lake.

yes it is quite nice isnt it. next time you are down you should head a tiny bit further and see some of the kent coast, costa blanca it isn't but its nice for walks and stuff

It was a Breastcancer comp so all the prizes were pink. They seem lighter than yours though and they've sent me a size six!

I never win anything. I even did the lottery Sat eve cos I thought I was on a winning roll.... alas I'm not a millionair yet though.
