Yes, it's time once again for our weekly exercise in memory recall

Friday - The missus and I attended a party at a friend's place where he plied us all with his first-ever batch of homebrew beer  Afterwards we headed over to club Fabrique where a Swiss DJ named Antoine was the headliner. Home early (4ish?)

Saturday - Bummed around the house all day then went to the store for ingredients and came home to make my first-ever paella :D Ate too much, then the missus and I went to a bar to meet up with a friend and her new Irish boyfriend. After many pints, dropped the missus home and snuck over to Club XIII for a little late-night deep house action.

Sunday - Day of Culture! 8O Woke up mid-afternoon then we went to the Tretiakovskaya Gallery to see an Andy Warhol exhibit and a bonus exhibit of Russian pop art. Afterwards, we took a stroll through a large outdoor sculpture garden next to the gallery. Then to a Mexican restaurant for dinner before coming home and catching up on email and laundry.

Fri - bit tired from Thursday night shenanigans so lazy night in with Tom, no alcohol or cigarettes 8O

Sat - up nice and early and we headed into town for big shopping spree. If Central London retailers were worried that sales were down after the bombs then I single handedly got them back on track  Stalked Paul Weller round Selfridges  went out for lunch and then eventually crawled home laden down with bags just in time to see last half of the football  Then at night went to Daphnes's in South Ken for dinner, lovely restaurant and excellent food and service. One glass of wine with lunch, one bottle of wine and an amaretto with dinner, no cigarettes 8O

Sun - second consecutive Sunday waking up in my own bed after a full nights sleep 8O I'm becoming quite a regular at our newsagents  Went out with Tom's family for Sunday lunch and then stopped off at Richmond on the way home (and bought some Christmas cards and presents   ) 3 glasses of wine with lunch, no cigarettes 8O

Right proved I can do 'civilised' and 'grown-up', normal service will be resumed next wk when I'm back where I belong for some Fu*k Me I'm Famous action :D

Friday - My car sells on Ebay :D

Saturday - DJ at a friend's wedding (weird experience 8O )

Sunday - Car lets go of it's engine on the way home.

Sunday pm - quotes of £2.5k for a new engine.

Motherf.....

Thurs - Out drinking with my DJ pal, ended up in a friends pub for a lock-in, just the 3 of us. Had many VRBs and JD & Cokes plus a hilarious competition on the Punchball machine in our.....err.... states. 8O  Left about 4am! 8O

Fri - Woke up at 10am and didn't feel safe to drive, so, turned over and went back to sleep til 12. Went to mates record shop in Newcastle and got sorted for Shindig guestlist. Bent over to pick my bags of records up and 8O bad idea! nearly fell over. When I got home I went back to bed til teatime. Night time residency gig............and.......... you don't want to know

Sat - Tried to get as much sleep as possible as it was gonna be a long night. Still got out for a 7 mile run with my training partner. Gig on nightime was really good, busy all night. Then off to Shindig for Defected with Joey Negro, met my DJ friend (she's a big fan of JN). Wasn't very impressed with Joey Negro, bit too cheesey. But it was going off big stylee upstairs. The DJ was Justin Long from the USA, he's the most impressive DJ I've seen for years!!! Including all the DJs I've seen in Ibiza!!! 8O Absolutely amazing DJ, he OWNED the mixer!!! He worked the EQ and cross fader with impeccable timing, god he was on fire!!! I stayed for the rest of the night and so did a lot of clubbers that are usually downstairs. What a great night! Got home about 4.45am then watched the Japanese GP which turned out to be the best GP this year. Then crawled into bed around 8am and spent most of the day in bed.

Sun - got a text message to DJ at the other gig I've been doing on Sundays. Hmm, thats 7 times since the beginning of August, think I might end up with this gig permanently. It's a nice short gig from 10pm til 00.30am. Good crowd in and it went really well. After getting home, spent a few hours chilling watching all the motor sports, think its time for kip as its now 4.45am.
Goodnight/morning or whatever it is. :P

Friday, out for dinner with friends, my friend Gelis invited us to a new fashion restaurant, we ate very well and drank a lot of wine, had a very nice time laughing of everything.
Saturday, stayed in during the day doing some home work and looking my winter clothes, conclusion, I haven't got anything decent to put on. At nigth went to have dinner with my friends Andrés y Julià, had an early drink at a private party and went back home. :D

Fri night - youth leader at a youth club

Sat day - had to work for a few hours then headed to Portrush and checked into the lovely B&B

Went for a lovely meal at the Causeway Hotel, back to the B&B and got ready for Lush.

Had a great night, Eddie Halliwell and Adam Sheridan + Residents.

Sunday - Recover and checked n the boat

I wasn't all too thrilled, to be honest. But I didn't stay that long into his set because he came on quite late. A girl named DJ Mary Jane was on before him and her set kind of dragged on (and her mixing was crap).

I'm not sure but I think someone told me she's German. They were both wearing a t-shirt with some label or promotion group name on it... Housetronics maybe? Something like that.

Friday: Dinner in Soho. A few drinks and home by midnight.
Saturday: Gym in the morning. Pub for England game and Ireland game. A few drinks and dinner at home. Bed by 1am.
Sunday: Drove to Bournemouth to see a friend. Lunch. Tea in the New Forest. Back to London by 9pm.
Pretty quiet weekend.

aaah, not mary jane but lady jane, that's a female dj we have here...but she's crap...

(but we do have good swiss dj's, dj gogo for example)

Friday - Drank too much and passed out by 9
Saturday - Went accessory shopping, visited my mum, then went to Formula for Kittys birthday. Had such a good night considering I didnt really want to go, I was a bit funk munkled
Sunday- Must have missed it somehow

Friday: drove with a couple of friends down to essex, packed for a weekend in Frankfurt. Watched a video and went to bed, prepared for waking up at 5 8O ON the drive down Pete Tong read out our message saying where we were going this weekend, which made us ridiculously excited

Saturday: Got driven to stansted where we caught our lovely Ryanair flight to Frankfurt. After a 1.5hr journey into Frankfurt from the airport  we went for a traditional Frankfurter lunch of Frankfurters, which to my suprise actually taste exactly like the ones you get in Britain, I thought they'd be more meaty or something... Then visited the modern art museum and by about 5pm we were bored out of our minds because frankfurt really is a rubbish city in terms of toursism. So we went drinking :D

Come 10pm it was time to go to Cocoon as we'd booked a table in the Micro restaurant there. Once inside we were all blown away, it is literally the best club I've ever been into, and the restaurant was absolutely fantastic too. Music was pretty good, but nothing unbelievable, it was Tom Novy playing. Had lots of fun with the ice cannon and making friends with the dancers and spending probably too much time on the podium

Sunday: 6am caught a taxi to the bus station, then the bus back to the airport, then the plane home. Slept all day, feeling extremely hungover

overall one of my best weekends ever, I definitely would recommend going to cocoon, it's bleeding fantastic. Although maybe on a friday when it's the techno night rather than the saturday so the crowd might be more into the music, and book yourself into one of the restaurants there. And take your own  as it's impossible to get them there for some weird reason..

Fri: Went out from work for a freebie night out from one of our local hotels to say thank you for all the business we have given them. It was a James Bond Night so themed..... Food was lovely, drink was copious and free - disco was terrible.... end up being talking into having a sly one - cue one hour later dancing to Tiffany :? :? :? with some old codger from the next table who truly through he was the next James Bond, fully briefed on all James Bond chat up lines!!!

Went home well and truly drunk beyond belief. Still felt fine considering the sly one that was consumed 4 hours earlier....

Sat: Up with the larks - chilled day, watched match, cooked a meal got 2 DVD's out, Sahara and Kingdom of Heaven - fell asleep during both

Sun: Lovely chilled day, very restful.....

Roll on next weekend!!! Normal service will be resumed
