oh the irony of it all, walked into work today, my boss asked me if I was feeling better after calling in sick yesterday. As im about to say yes, I read the Metro headline he was holding
Friday decided to stay in.
Sat. Watch the footy then went to Egg for Dusted. Twisted room was fantastic all night. First Trophy Twins, then Medicine8 and finally Anil. Russ, stix was right, danced next to him for all of Anil's set. The room got a bit empty for some of Medicine8's set as they got a bit too techy for the regular Dusted crowd (I thought they were awesome personally) but by the time Anil was on it got rocking again till the very end.
Off to Formulate for afters and a nice uplifting funky and electro way to start off sunday. Bumped into Kitty there again but had a make for an earlyish exit trying to get some sleep before SS. Didnt manage it, so met up the Barbie soon after. I knew what sort of day it was going to be when I heard a special rendition of Fernando by Abba sang to me.
Spanish seemed to be the theme for sunday as I seemed to bump into many spanish people at SS.
