yeah, she dropped in an apology for taking so long to text back (said it was cos she was working and didn't have her phone with her - she works in a pub) after i'd asked her out for drinks which I think was quite nice of her really!!

to be honest I almost did put something along those lines...thankfully I thought better of it!

hahaha, im reading all this over, and its exactly how my shits goin down just now, except i haven't texted back yet. girls in office are like "make her wait!" but im inclined to think its a tad cruel, i might phone her on the way up the road, but then i run the risk of sounding out of breath, and she might think im having a jodrell 8O

Ive just realised Im socially paranoid, but I suppose we all are in a way :roll:

Definitely - nothing as unattractive as desperation. I've got a friend (well an ex from school days who's been one of my best friend's ever since) who's a lovely person, good looking and has the added bonus of being worth a few quid. Must be fighting them off with a shitty stick I hear you say? No siree, constantingly getting shat on because she's so desperate for a serious relationship.

Never ever, act desperate!
 
so its a big happy ending to this weeks weekend rundowns methinks, well hopefully anyway. where you thinking of taking your bird paul? I havent a scooby. Im thinking probably about the arty part, i.e. Social etc. but then she might think im a fanny, definately gonna stay clear of the ferry, cause the last time i started seeing someone, khan (kebab shop owner to non local people) knew about it before id told more than 3 people 8O, and i run the risk of running into certain people id rather not run into if you get my drift!
 
yeah, with working down the Ferry four nights a week, there's far too many people i'd rather not run the risk of bumping into down there aswell but in saying that i'll probably do the gentelmanly (sp?) thing and give her the choice...ideally Perth Road area for me tho'

Know what you mean about the Ferry - never fails to amaze me how quickly word spreads around the place, at times it feels like other people know your business before you do :lol:

I had a twisted weekend

Friday - Out at 4pm to make sure my mate had a good last friday night in the country, shes moving to greece! Went to catch a mates band, just missed that.. Met up with Cas, Gem, Sean, Marie, Larkio etc and went to magnet- FNUK at Magnet had a quality turnout even though David Holmes cancelled! Left there, went to my mate Robs place. Lost my mind - BIG TIME!

Sat- Went to see some quality bands over at the zanzibar, was going to go the shroom party but after the night before I had the fear- NEVER underestimate Shroom Service man. Respect the mushrooms or they will have you right off!
Mooched to Yoyo at nation. Quality sets from Jona and Ralph Lawson.
Got a call about a field party but was completely knackered.

Sun- Stupidly went drinking around maghull
