Hey boys and girls. What'd you get up to this weekend? Mine was as follows:

Thursday - Long after-work drinking session with some bankers. Got much drunker than expected on a few pints.

Friday - 2 hours late for a busy day at work. Long after-work reception where I saw several former colleagues. Got less drunk than expected on many glasses of wine. Went home and watched Some Kind of Wonderful and Ferris Bueller's Day Off until the wee hours.

Saturday - Battled my desktop computer to install Windows XP & all my programs in place of Windows Vista, and lost. Went to a new DJ bar/restaurant called Dantes for drinks, then to Club XIII for (a very short set by) Smokin' Jo.

Sunday - Battled my desktop computer to install Windows XP & all my programs by first wiping clean my harddrive, and won. Ordered Chinese delivery. Made substantial progress on the Major Apartment Reorganization Project.
 
my birthday weekend consisted of
Fri: champagne,cocktails and a burlesque show (very very very very nice)
Sat: beer, walk, garden, football (watching), davis, pizza, beer (very nice)
Sun: long run, family lunch, sleep, beer (very nice)

ha ha, was watching my mate install vista once. and several hours later, it looked nothing but a crap version MacOSX. ;)

he was oohing and ahhhing about the new features, and i kept telling him macs have had them for years! :lol:
 
I think I just ate my body weight this weekend - seriously need to stop doing this....

might just start smoking tabs again - never had this much of an appetite when I smoked....

Danger of become huuuuuge at this rate....
 
I also ate my body weight.

at the ludlow food and drink fest.

What a nice place it is. Nothing to exciting to report. Sausages, cheese, dips etc. Stayed at a disused chapel with some friends.

All round nice.

Was intending on installing Vista tonight, well sometime this week when I can be arsed. Any particular problems or just the general interface ?

Friday - Got a few bottles of beer and watched http://www.fonejacker.tv/
funniest thing ive seen in a long time, got a serious dose of the giggles obviously helped by the super strong skunk we were smoking,thought my heart was gonna explode at one time we laughed so much :lol:

Saturday - Flatmate went to http://www.planetlovemusic.com/indexsummersession.asp
would've went myself onlt for im saving for holiday,went shopping for some books and picked up a real bargain, 4 books for €6 you cant beat Chapters bookstore, ,went home,watched a dismal Ireland performance away to Slovakia, Staunton is a clown and should've done the decent thing and resigned after the San Marino farce:roll:
Chilled out and watched the football, about 11pm started to get bored,and ran out of beer so off licence it was :lol: had another joint which knocked me sideways, this small bit of weed i got is potent and im not the seasoned smoker i was years ago, flatmate arrived back from planet love which was apaprently very good, they were all wired to the moon and i was fuc*ed, couldn't even bring myself to entertain some of the sexy minxs who came back,sloped off to bed around 6am:oops:

Sunday - Got up at 5pm :oops: watched the Ireland v Namibia game in the Rugby which was again dismal despite Ireland winning they were very fortnate to do so,and a big improvment is needed if we are to progess further.
 
Fri - was Tom's unofficial London birthday, went out for a lovely meal, drank lots of wine and gave him his pressies (doing quite well as it's only 2 weeks before his proper birthday :lol:)

Sat - best friend and hubby came over at lunch, went to the pub and met up with the Sexual Crew, drank waaaaayyy too much wine, watched the football, went to Twickenham stadium for The Police - from what I remember they were very good :oops::lol:

Sun - woke up feeling like I'd been runover (I hate just drinking :spank:) and then drove up north to take the doggies to my parents while we are in Ibiza and Barcelona - the house is so quiet without them :cry: but my mum is spoiling them so much that I don't think they're missing us at all :roll::lol:
 
Armin van Buuren was excellent. Was a good reminder of how much fun a proper trance session can be and it was a bit of a trip down memory lane for all those nights i spent at the Gallery.

Played a few classics like Verecocha (sp?) found on the 2nd clip on the first of these video clips... (BenRostWoods clips)

Fri - T-Bar - Good night and very silly mood, throwing stupid shapes on the dance floor and laughing at some of the funny characters that happened to be in there. Great self discipline and avoided Aquarium afterwards

Sat - Mates housewarming party in Islington. Great fun. Completely Trollied. People wernt impressed when the party was full swing and I changed the pumping house for a bit of Phil Collins. Well I enjoyed it anyway! :oops:

Sun - Brick Lane during the day with some mates for beers an curry. Evening, myself and my flat mate took both our parents out for dinner. Arent we sweet.

Was meant to finish off some work which is why I find myself in the office right now!! 3 days to Ibiza though!!! Wohoo
 
Fri: Flew to Gatwick, did some locals in Worthing

Sat: attended a wedding in Arundal it was a beautiful day and wedding did locals in Arundal :D

Sun: Recovered from abgreat wedding party

Mon: flew back to Spain packing for Ibiza
