And you Most of my shopping was Christmas presents for other people cos as well as all the shopping I do for my presents, I also do most of my mum's and gran's and Tom's Christmas shopping cos I'm their personal shopper
For me I just got a big Alpha parka, a pink spangly 80s style dress from Warehouse, a tartan vintage dress from Top Shop, a pink batwing (remember batwing from the 80s
) top and then a few accessories like leg warmers, beads, rings etc.

I wanted a parka like that - can't fit anymore coats in the clockroom though!
I got a black dress/top from All Saints and a zebra print top from there too, a dress, necklaces and earrings from Urban Outfitters and a top and dress from H&M

I love parkas, I didn't really need a new one but then this lovely pale khaki green one just jumped out on me in Selfridges and it would have been rude to say no
I went into All Saints behind Oxford Circus and I saw lots of lovely stuff but by that time we had so many bags and we were so drenched
that I couldn't be bothered to try anything on 
I might have to go back at lunch Next time you're going to Portobello get there for 9am, I know what you mean that it's just a tourist trap by midday

I'm not that big a fan of Camden Market, some of it's ok but some of it is really pikey tourist tat

I get stressed in crowds! Will go to Brick Lane to the vintage shops next time as I now know the way! Next time you're going to Portobello get there for 9am, I know what you mean that it's just a tourist trap by midday

Spitalfields is really close to Brick Lane and is worth a wander but you need to get there early again So you were serious when you said we should wake up at 7

Honestly Sil, it will be much better to get all the shopping out the way in the morning esp if we're going to places like Selfridges, Hamleys and Covent Garden which will be sooooooooo busy - then once that's done we can concentrate on the serious business of drinking rose

Shops normally open at 10 in London but they open them at 9 in the few weeks before Christmas cos it gets so busy - we can have regular rose stops on the way tho
