it is. Sadly cinderella (me) is no longer going to the ball 😞 car broke down again yesterday FFS
On top of that, one of the people i was going with rolled her ankle at the gym and the other one was giving me drunken whatsapp calls at 4am this morning...
well, the sun is out in Brighton, so things could be worse
 
Had worst weekends. Currently in Cebu, Philippines

Fri - Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls. Amazing scenery, like Avatar the film. Our 7 year old did all the jumps (up to 7m), shoots and falls 😎

Sat - swam with turtles and the massive sardines balls right off the beach at our hotel in Moalboal

Sunday - swimming with Whale sharks, then ferry to Bohol for the next adventure

Just back from windy/rainy GAA* tour to Donegal and eyes down for Thursday afternoon flight to Tenerife. After recent weather issues there, we seem to have a good patch so hopefully a lovely sunny break.

This weekend for us is that time of year where a dash of Tanit, a slice of Las Dalias with maybe a shot of Chinois is on the cards.

Weather looking nice and settled in the low 20s as well.

Friday to Monday is a free hit on the annual leave too.

Long weekend for us so just enjoyed a couple at the Local in Mytholmroyd to start the weekend, Flensburger/Paulaner anyone?? 😋 Over here Fri/Sat and then over to Preston to spend the day with my lad; few beers and some food. Then back over here to see Heidi’s boy in Sheffield on the Monday…. Must admit, am a bit jealous of Stivi’s Las Dalias/Akasha trip…suppose we’ll all be there in spirit though😍 😂 Enjoy your weekend’s people❤️

I just wrote a wee mini review on FB about it. Bear in mind, on record, he's possibly my favourite artist.

A slightly frustrating mix of live rock and 3am techno (at 9pm!

). His latest album Tremor is an underrated dark electronic rock masterpiece IMO. Hopefully one day he’ll be big enough that he can have a touring vocalist and some crazy visuals to go with his shows.
 
Away last 2 weekends, year end madness at work this week/month, so looking forward to a normal-ish weekend.

Fri - take both boys to either Arsenal session or Gaelic training...obligatory pizza before or after. (Friday - cheer on West Ham vs Wolves, Likely West Ham win puts Spurs in the drop zone, with a resurgent Sunderland awaiting them on Sunday:lol:)

Sat - kids to my folks, then ju-jitsu and the I had off to football. Massive double header (home and away fixtures covered off in to 2 hour long games) against our league rivals. A 12 pointer, if you will! Hopefully come off to find Arsenal have nabbed 3 points and stepped closer to glory too!

Sun - Missus taking kids to rugby so I can go an borrow my mate's Luton van to head to Oxfordshire and pick up a sosa from the MiL. Bit of a trek but it's a freebie, in good nick and ours needed replacing.
 
Making ourselves Scarce Friday night as the eldest is having 15 friends over for a get together. Im scared to call it a party

He’s got from 6-12 and we will be back at Midnight 😂

He had the family Do Sunday, actual 18th was Tuesday and we had a couple of Beers and a Chinese. It’s the big one Friday.

Nobody’s aloud upstairs and they need to use the Garden, I don’t care if it’s cold.

Ohh and no touching my Precious Fridge Magnets
