Weekend Plans

Real spotlight team heading to the white isle 😎 Enjoy lads and lasses.

I had an upper back injury a few weeks back, couldn't lie down without pain or drive without being uncomfortable for days. Wasn't sure if it was the gym or sleeping in a funny position. Went on the beer night before a wedding with the pain, realised two days later when I sobered up that it had gone.... It may just work @Browny

Mark it on the calendar, quiet one for me. Mrs flys to Athens for a girl's birthday early hours.

Fri -?

Sat - son's under 8 football match in the morning. Burnley at home in the afternoon, plan to meet best mate and his kid in the fanzone before.

Sun - son cuddled into me mid-week to tell me we haven't been to see wrestling for a while. That is Sunday afternoon's plan.

If left side defo get it checked out, but could be something pulled making it sore to breath. (Laid on bed doing deep breathing, do you feel anything pulling?)

Side note: collagen powder is great for sorting out lots of injuries you get as get older. Mainly because we don't have much of it in our diet.(Try get one with all 5 types if can. I shove a scoop into my gym shakes.

Gym stuff and cardio haha! It’s my right side i defs think i’ve just over done things to be honest. Very frustrating this close to holiday

Haven’t had a drink in 4 weeks and plan to stay that way until Mon. Hopefully its the cure:lol:

Barca the better team can’t argue with the result. We have some players who simply aren’t at that level (or anywhere near it cough Harvey Barnes)

Our final third frustrations are costing us in every match at the minute we could of easy been 2 up in the first half with a striker on the pitch

I do love Itaca, although beyond the afternoon it's not really a place I'd bother alone, stayed at Arenal a couple of times and it's great to be so local.

Yep, pretty much always our go to for an hour or 2 before heading out when around San An area.

If staying a bit out like at Abrat, we often break the walk up with a quick stop in Ohio (next to Ibiza Rocks) for a cheap and cheerful drink, staff are lovely there

Back when Ibiza Rocks was Club Paraiso, Ohio was the place for a lifesaving pizza the day after. Great staff back then, hope they are rstill there/family

Yeah, we factored this in this year. We'd always be drinking at midday but each day has so many hurdles/delays that come close to midnight I'd be wanting to get through a few more, which is where Guinness came in!

I rarely head in to the town nowadays, pretty much spend all of my spare time outside of the hotel in Flaherty's, Itaca & Ibiza Rocks, pretty sure they all know me by now 😂.

Little did they know, if they'd stopped you, they'd find the van full of contraband, bottles of water you planned to sell on the black market for *gasp* less than €15🤣

If you can get hold of l-lysine tablets, they help fight viruses and aid the immune system.

Beware though, for some people it can lead to arse burning poo 🤣

Ps: they are massive so chew or break them up. Don't be daft, start with half 😗
