Ah, bugger me, we were likely on Rhossili beach at EXACTLY the same time as you yesterday!

Cracking day, we did the 5 mile circular walk from the Kings Head. Beach was lovely.

Surfed yesterday morning in the powering rain before the wedding, where it brightened up enough to be outside for almost of the day except the ceremony

Such a good crowd. Everyone very friendly.

Glastonbury was hella fun, followed by a weekend away for my birthday. Definitely helped get over festival blues!

Just about recovered from the all female DJ night at the amazing Hagglers Corner in Sheffield on Saturday. Fantastic venue, great eclectic crowd, anything goes!

The terrace went off good style in the glorious sunshine. Very 'Ibiza' vibes. Friend was DJ'ing in the adjoining bar Grub Records which was also fab!

Enjoy S&D at Tofte … we sacked it off and replaced it with cheeky Ibiza trip to catch them at 528 next Tuesday

This weekend I'm off to Greece for 5 weeks.

My work phone will be left behind at home, and no emails will be checked.

No long and challenging books by Russian authors will be read. Only easily digestible shorter novels.

I will be in a state of peace and gratitude. I might even start being nice to people.

Tomorrow I’m off to a friends wedding in Birmingham. I am looking forward to spending a couple of hours in my car with the air conditioning on full blast

Saturday: drive home, might do bits in the garden but will most likely just melt instead (I am no good in the heat).

Sunday: disgusting run in the heat, then off to see my parents and collect the dog!
