Ive only ever been once and was pretty intense. Music wasnt minimal but I guess was some Techno of the Boom Boom Boom Boom type. Actually found the music quite interesting but slightly hard.

The 8O is more directed at the sheer amount of sweaty, topless messheads either going crazy or slumped out - not much in between!

My gay mates joke about Fire as a 8O8O place and never get there until laaate - we got there at 5am and was perfect.

Looking forward to your weekend rundown!

Tonight - gym and a few local jars

Sat - Super Saturday for the Merseyside derby game then avoiding the egg chucking match that I believe is on the TV (what is that backwards passing thing all about?) before going to Birmingham for Switch, Pendulem and Simian Mobile Disco at the Custard Factory.

Sun - Long lie in. More football on the TV, trip to see my dear old ma, Top Gear (the programme) quick visit to the boozer and early night.

haha so was mine!

Yes - there have been fractures in 'the group' in the past, when i skip of to kubicle or some such afterhours, and my gay mates always seem to end up in fire. they talk about that flippin light tunnel as if it's some kind amAZING experience.... :roll:

I agree with the Gabrielle and Dresden comments. Thought they were excellent that night in the box. They did like the sound of their own tunes :lol: but I thought the atmosphere was great and lots of hands in the air moments.

Curious to listen to the album actually, didnt think Toolroom and G&D would go together but will give it a go. 8)

Not doing much this weekend.
Went Karting on wednesday with work next to Canvas and The Cross. Great fun.
Come on fernando on sunday!!! (I think he's a prat, but i dislike Hamilton too)
