Weekend Plans

Fri: Had a lovely hydrator wrap this morning in the spa of my gym and been and had my hair coloured, back in work this afternoon catching up with stuff. Tonight, finish packing and watch new series of South Park on Paramount, IT crowd and then early night.

Sat: Up at 4am to get taxi to airport. Flight to Majorca at 6:30am.

Friday - London Tattoo Convention then few drinks up town and then somewhere in sunny Essex but not too late as missus wants take away which does not mean curry at 1 am!

Saturday - Pick my boy up and take the kids swimming or park then down the pub for the football even though likely to be full of middle class public schoolboy rugger fans doing the dance of the flaming arses! Saturday once kids are tucked up sneaking out as mate getting wed next week so go few drinks then club and home before kids wake up - hopefully. (kids are with my missus and not unattended!)

Sunday - Take kids to country park and then all for Sunday lunch somewhere and a bit of shopping to kept the missus happy after letting me sneak out Saturday and then home to chill and take in the rest of the sporting activites.

After posting on this yesterday - I came home - had a bit of tidying up to do so wacked Iggy and the Stooges on and rocked round the house

Which album? Raw Power? Funhouse?

I saw them at the Royal Festival Hall in June and it was the best gig since . . . well, since seeing Iggy solo at the Town and Country Club when I was 17.

The only thing I would have changed was they didn't play Search and Destroy, which is my all-time favourite Stooges tune.

7am ish for a few hours - though will be weird being sober so will probs give it a miss

Afteparties Sober is a different gravy. I got in a phase of doing it all the time about 5 years ago, really not the thing I can go back to. but as fun goes, it's like super-concentrate orange squash!

Fri - Out for drinks and ameal

Sat - Go for a supermarket sweep round mothercare, then off to air some new re-edits and blast out a bit of house house and more f*cking house. No afters planned.

Sun - Seeing the family. Including the new arrival...
