Weekend Plans

Today: if it doesn't rain, we are biking to Arenys and we are having dinner at Hidalgo, our very fav chiringuito, for a grilled fish fest :D Is our 7th anniversary on Saturday and we are celebrating it today 8)

Tomorrow: work till 13.30 and then run to the airport, meet up Pep and four of our friends and fly to Menorca 8)
From there our plans are lots of beaching, drinking pomada, eating, smoking, going out to the cheesy clubs, sleeping, and all over again until Sunday evening

Fri - afternoon to T in the Park (The Coral, Bloc Party & Arctic Monkeys)

sat - T in the Park (Babyshambles, CSS, Klaxons, The Killers)

sun - T in the Park (Tiga, Wink, Dave Clarke, Maximo Park, Air)



loads of booze
hopefully sunshine
good laugh all round no doubt
 
Friday: Cousins birthday party at a bar in islington, then onto a housewarming party in bethnal green.

Saturday: Faffing around london, then saturday evening not sure - maybe mulletover or maybe bed in preparation for the toilet's 2nd anniverary party of the Kubicle parties that I so love.

Sunday: After the toilet secret sundaze on the roof of canvas
 
Shaping up to be a BIG weekend...

Tonight - George Michael in concert! :D :D :D

Friday - 10th anniversary party for Moscow English-language alternative newspaper The eXile (www.exile.ru).
These guys are hilarious... they've gotten away with taking the p1ss for 10 years just because advertisers know they print the most read English-language restaurant & club directory (each club rated by chav level, drink prices and pulling probablity a.k.a. the "fahkie factor"... brilliant :? :lol:).
Later on, possibly to Rai for a DJ from Monaco who sounds interesting

Saturday - Not sure what/how I'm going to do this, but I want to fit in at least 3 of the following events:
- US Independence Day celebration - get some greasy food, drink copious amounts of beer, live music, etc. Largest such annual event outside the US!
- Primal Scream is headlining an outdoor music festival
- Sophie Ellis-Bextor is headlining another concert on a riverside beach
- Singer Therese (the muse of our old Spotlight friend Stonebridge) is doing live PA at club Rai
- Swiss DJ Mad Mark is playing at Fabrique
Going to take some meticulous planning (and better information on set times than I have now :?)

Sunday - Flying 9 hours to the Russian Far East for work :?
 
Tonight - out for wine and food with some Fat Lazy S1ags :lol:

Friday - Drinks in Camden with my old work mates

Saturday - if the weather stays, we're having a BBQ on our little patio outside our flat! :)

Sunday - Jon's brother, his wife and their little Bambino coming over for food and drinks.
 
Fri - Comedy club with old work peepsSat - Hair trimmed, work in new look. Some indie do at the uni at night (hopefully most of the students have bogged off!!)Sun - Sort out clothes for charity
 
Fri - hair trial for wedding (not mine but im bridesmaid)

Sat - Make up trial, shoe shopping for dress. At night meal and drinks.

Sunday - Not a thing :D

Irina's got a 400D. She already wants to move up one step up to the 30D after just 7 months. I think prices are coming down as the 40D is coming soon... :idea:
(by autumn, she'll probably already be looking 2 steps up at the 5D!)

Edit: Should note that I've seen a price differential as low as just 150 pounds between the 400D and 30D.

then afterwards letting off some steam to the man like, coxy, the man with the red face, fatboy and the defmix gang at this thing at the g-mex in manc. (which apparently has the largest indoor screen in the world ever ever in the world ever ever:idea:)

Fri: Tapa with a friend moving to the USA/ later bar hopping with friends
Sat: Beach time working on my tan;) hitting some local clubs around town
Sun: Beach and BBQ at friends

Dammit.... Mudhoney and Sh1tdisco also performing on Saturday. Why must everyone give concerts on the same day? :spank:

On the upside, rumor is that Elton John (who's playing in St Pete tomorrow) will be Big George's special guest tonight :D

Friday, Work, Then DJ'ing in Studio (Swindon)

Sat, Lunch with my Ex, Dj'ing at the Brunel Rooms (Swindon)

Sun, Pick up Brother from Northampton, get home, something to eat, and start packing

Monday, Get cash changed into Euro's, Travel to airport (Gatwick), Park up car, get something to eat.

Tuesday, Fly to Ibiza, Happy Days!!!!
 
Thurs - drinks with the FLS :lol:

Fri - few (not many :?) drinks after work - please don't make me drink anymore wine :spank::lol:

Sat - Tom is being a lovely husband and taking me for a veggie feast at Blah Blah Blah (which means I will owe him a visit to GBK :spank:)

Sun - going to the garden centre :oops::oops::oops::lol: then veggie roast in the pub
