That sounds like a gauntlett being thrown down, Silv ;)

Did you hear that Sleeping Boy? She doesn't think WE can do it?!

(gauntlet??? teletubbie translation please)

I never said you can't do it, actually I'm sure you have stamina enough, but it's a matter of logistics. Barcelona is a little town compared to london but not THAT little town, so you'll need a bit more than a couple of hours to leave sonar, get to the hotel, get to the bus/train, get to the airport, arrive to Ibiza and get ready for WLS  ;)

Lots of people who don't do the whole thing, you could come few days in advance, enjoy the SONAR DAY and just do the night thing on friday, for example. There's endless possibilities and endless parties that week

From the ancient British era of Knights and other olde worlde stuff, A gauntlet was a particular challenge for brave knights to take. I think it was actually a glove or hand guard, which was thrown down in order to formally lay down a challenge to another, and from then it meant to challenge someone.

Thanks Silv;).

I was thinking of leaving Barca in the morning, then heading over for Ibiza, ready for Space at around 4-6 in the evening, which is the time I usually get there anyways these days.

If you want to be there around 4 or 6 then I see it more possible, there's not too many flights BCN - IBIZA but I'm sure it's possible.
One point: if you want to come just to experience SONAR (the festival, the city, the parties), no worries, you can get the tickets the week before, but if you are coming for the musical thing and you need to check listings to make a decision remember this is spain and sonar listings are announced early april (partially) :D

fri - earliest possible ba flight to london, land at 9am :D drop off bags in malmaison, meet up with my best friend who just moved there, totter around, probably go to portobello market, then some shopping on oxford street. no dinner plans yet, in the evening steve lawler in the end

sat - more shopping, london eye, dinner at gordon ramsay's, nick warren in the renaissance party in the cross

sun - nursing a hangover, flight home in the evening

can't wait :D

petraxx, where are you coming from..........finland??:? i always get confused by your 3 locations!

Fri - Fly to Barcelona

Lots of exploring inbetween8)

Sharam is playing Pacha on friday!;) Plus Barca are playing Celta Vigo!

Petraxx, you might bump into Stu Hirst at The End on friday.

fantastic, not that i would recognise him though

as for the cross, i was last time there at the opening of fontaine's type club but i guess it's still a good venue?

Saturday, party to start, then going to see Mark Knight playing Ministry, with some guy, who used to be part of a double act, is warming up for him!!

May even stretch to buy some super mysterious Blonde a birthday drink, if she can be coaxed from her favorite position, maybe spot is a better word!!
