Weekend Plans

Good weekend lined up

Thursday - Calling in sick and having Thanksgiving dinner with some fellow expats. Turkey and all the trimmings :D

Friday - Work (assuming excesses kept in check the night before) then a music festival featuring, among others, Tiga, Hyper and Razorlight.

Saturday - Recovery by day. At night, invited to a birthday party and, later, a concert by a friend's rock group (which is also being billed as a birthday party). Late night shenanigans undecided but there's a bunch of interesting techno parties around town this week.

Sunday - Sports bar for the big match.

It supposed to be a HIGH of minus 20 here this weekend..

will hopefully be getting some warm alkie drinks after that and then staying inside..

How riveting!

After tomorrow my exams have finished for about 2 1/2 months 8) (that is if I choose to carry them on!) so this weekend is going to be relaxation.

Friday -Sleep in!!!! I have the day off so going to nail all my xmas shopping, evening out with friends for a belated birthday drink!!!!

Saturday - Sleep in!!!! My good lady is Wedding Dress shopping so I'm a free man all day, will do the dutyful domesticated stuff in the morning and then may frequent the pub in the afternooon for a while and then chill in the evening.

Sunday - Sleep in!!! Get the Sunday papers for the first time in months, do a roast and then go and watch United go 6 points clear at the top of the premiership  !

Sat: Furniture shopping - desperately need new sofas and a new cooker

Sun: No plans

A quiet one the weekend before payday.....

When I got the e-flyer for that this week I was thinking that if Sil wasn't coming I'd have probably been up for a kidnapping this Friday after work

It does remind me so much of my early London years those 2 being down at The Gallery.

I got a jumper for me and one for me mam and a scarf from H&M - think I was too traumatised to have a proper look!
