I apologize for not replying earlier as I have been busier than a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest, and hence, I could not reply earlier.
  • The new apartment is 75sq.ft bigger than my old one (825 vs. 750).
  • The new apartment has a 150deg. view of the ocean from my balcony vs. the old one that had a 180deg. view of the freeway.
  • I can hear the ocean from the new apartment vs. needing double-pane windows to cut down the freeway noise.
  • Monthly rent $975 in my new apartment vs. $1,200 in my old apartment.
While I am currently 12 miles further from my stomping grounds in Old Town San Diego (32 miles vs. 20 miles in old apt.), I am smack between Old Town SD and Laguna. My moving costs were about $375, and if you think about it, by moving, I gave myself a $3,300 raise.

All the mental masturbation sessions on whether to move or not paid off really well.
 
Tonight: Heading out to Housework @ Snafu, new night with great resident DJ's:p

Sat: Into town shopping during the day, and trying to to seal some business deals while I'm at it8) At night, dinner at my Mum's:D Then, heading into town with lots of guys I've not seen in ages, should be nice and messy:p

Sun: Drive down to near Dundee to meet up for a big family lunch (should be interesting!). At night, heading back up here to carry on and head out at night:p

Monday: Dying.....
