WEEKEND PLANS!

Time to think ahead to happy thoughts of weekend party action!

It's Halloween weekend in Moscow where, believe it or not, they party like nowhere else on earth for this pagan ritual de lo habitual. I've had friends over from the UK for the past 2 Halloweens and both groups said it was some of the best parties they'd been to (total debauchery is an understatement!). We're spoiled for choice as almost every club is bringing in top DJ talent :D but I think I've narrowed it down to a few choices:

Friday - Possibly stopping by a goodbye party for a Russian journalist I know who is moving to the UK. Then either Kenny Dope @ Fabrique or Laurent Garnier @ Gorod.

Saturday - Wake up in the afternoon, head to the Sports Bar for Chelsea v. Blackburn, then to a birthday party, then home to change, then Halloween XIII/F*** Me I'm Famous @ Club XIII with the illustrious Mr David Guetta :D Trying to figure out how to squeeze in a stop by club Jet Set for Silicone Soul :?

Sunday - Recovery. Maybe cleaning up the house and throwing out some junk. Grocery shopping also likely...and maybe editing my film footage from South Africa.

Fri: Cinema to see Night Watch - been desperate to see this since I saw a preview a few weeks back....

Sat: Le Freak Orange (aka Gingerfreak) is joining us in Newcastle for some Puppy frolics, so collect from station find nearest pub, swift beverage and back to ours for preparation.... Drop dog off at his doggy sitters, give him a pep talk to behave himself...

Off to Digital for Tim Delux and Tom Wainwright, cant wait - proper Ibiza Reunion night for all of us who were out there in Sept, should be a very very interesting evening. End of night, back to the Kennel for more puppy frolics.

Sun: God knows.... somehow get Gingerfreak back to the train station...

Mon: Rest ..... and eat

I sooooo need this weekend of debauchery - its been too long

Fri/Sat - my Mum, Dad, Gran and Grandad are coming down to stay with us so family stuff, meals, shopping etc.

Sun - all day-sesh in the Lock Tavern for spritzers, veggie roast and Carter stalking :D

Very grown-up and civilised 8O

Friday: Quiet night infront of TV, as Joeys been away all week yet again

Saturday: Nice lie in, run a few errands, food shopping. No plans on the evening (thank god) 8)

Sunday: Nice lie in, pick up little bro and bring him to ours for the day, have a little walk around town, bite to eat and then take the little terror back again.

Babs - your advice. What would you do? Dope or Garnier?

That is a dilemma and a half you've got there :? You won't go wrong with either, is one of them at a better club/open longer/playing a longer set??

Friday: Pick g/f up from train station, then chill

Saturday: Work, gym, shopping then out for a friend's birthday with group of friends to Crystal restaurant, then onto some bars, go check out the new The-Plug club for a couple/few of hours, carry on back home and eventually pass out.

Sunday: Continuation of Saturday.

Monday: Booked off.

Fri - Usual gig........and find out whether the boss has accepted my hike in fees for new nightclub hours in November or whether I'm heading for pastures new. :?

Sat - Gig as usual then off to Digital for Tim Deluxe & Tom Wainwright action :D ...........and likely to bump into PL & GF

Sun - Maybe gig dunno, annoying as they're having a well advertised Halloween Party. Dunno whether the so called 'regular' DJ will turn up or not. Better prepare just in case. ;)

Friday: few drinks for work, then early bed in preparation for:

Sat: up early, out shopping for a halloween outfit, booze, pumpkins, decorations, outdoor lighting, fireworks, a smoke machine, motors for the mirror balls and other halloween stuff. Spending all day decorating the house to make it a haunted mansion, already got TONNES of stuff, should be amazing :D

We've invited about 200 people to our party and the house can fit about 25, hoping it's not going to rain so we can squeeze people into the garden...

Got the CD decks in and a collection of good house CDs, have a feeling I'll be competing against the drum and bass lovers at the party with my house music, but I'll learn em... hehehe

Sunday: clearing up the undoubtably ruined house and trying to convince the housemate that has decided not to come to the party as she's scared she'll spend the whole time telling people not to spill their drinks that everything is fine and the house won't smell of beer and fags forever.

really looking forward to the weekend 8)

Friday - A few drinkies with work for a leavers, then taking my boy to the vets
Saturday - Having a very rare day with Paul, we're going shopping, then off to my mum and dads for the evening, for my Pa's birthday
Sunday - I'm hoping to kidnap my lil cousins the night before, so doing something with them :D

I like the club Dope is playing at better. I'm not sure what their set times are but I'm sure both will play about 3 hours and both clubs are open until 7.

Sadly, despite having heard good things, I've never seen Garnier play. Nevertheless, I think I'm more inclined to visit Mr Dope as he was absolutely blinding at Club XIII"s Halloween bash last year.

For me personally Garnier is the better DJ and more likely to suprise you with a few little gems, Kenny is a tad more predictable but he always delivers.

Find out the set times and if one of them is playing an early set then do both ;)

That's a certainty!! If you cant see us strategically positioned between the speakers - then look in the VVIP naughty room - probably be in there!!! ;)

I'm sure both will go on at 2 or 3 so their sets will overlap. I guess we'll see how it goes :?

The real dilemma is Saturday - passing up events with Palash, The KLF, Joey Negro and Silicone Soul in order to see Mr Guetta once again. 8)

Fri - London shopping in the day!!! woo hoo (hope I don't get lost though!) Then relaxing evening

Sat - Up early again to go Birmingham to get my hair done. Then out Saturday to see Pete Doyle at Ko Ko

Sun - Probably won't get out of bed all day!

I'm never going to see Guetta again on principal after hearing what he was like @ Ministry (by that I don't mean his set but his outrageous diva demands that we were told about on Saturday  )

SUnday: Be a good girlfriend and go and watch Pep's basket match. Lunch somewhere in the coast and afternoon in the sofa
