Weekend Plans!

Thursday: Private friends party in a small venue called Lem Light.

Friday: Techno party @ Cafe Brazilai
 
rest rest rest oh and a posh christening on Sunday with a free slap up meal afterwards... saves me cooking a dinner on Sunday.. :lol:
 
Thursday - Gym

Friday - Gym for Body Pump also (same as Robder above). Love working out to them cheezy tunes - lol. Then firnds for dinner and drinks then out to a night in Edinburgh called Soulscience.

Saturday - Maybe goto the gym butr not so sure. No plans for the evening but will no doubt end up out.

Sunday - No plans.

Quite a boring weekend really but I am so skint at the mo.

Whats the crowd like at The Arches on nights like that? Just that we've all made a concerted decision not to return to any nights full of twat's, and it's really ruined our nights :evil:
 
Hmmm... supposed to get a dumping of snow over here this weekend so it doesn't look like I'll be up to much.

Lots of beer and munchies and watching football (american styleee!)

Sadly it's a bit like that. Still managed to have a fantastic time, but the fact that it was school night I went out didn't help matters! Having a January birthday also means waiting ages to get presents again.

Fergie: About The Arches, Death Disco has one of the best crowds there. Hardly any neds and a nice, friendly crowd of people with a good mixture of men and women. It really depends whose playing at sometimes there's quite a gay presence which is obviously no bad thing. I saw Erol Alkan at Death Disco last month and it was such a brilliant night as there was no hassle from wasted blokes or people looking for a fight.

I'm going to Pressure this month and I'm hoping the crowd won't be too bad. Inside Out is a nightmare though. I used to work in the Arches box office and some of the people who came in to buy Inside Out tickets, especially when 'The Judge' was playing were just ridiculous. They honestly looked as though they'd been out begging in the street and had blackened teeth.

Death Disco sound sgood. A gay crowd sounds far better than the cack I've been used to lately...it's really put me off the place :evil:

Was wondering about Death Disco as we got free tickets for Saturday when we bought tickets for Mylo last week. Thought since it's free we might as well give it a bash - no idea of what kind of music to expect though, Gucci Soundsystem any good?

It consists of Riton and Ben from the Fat Truckers. Ritons new album has had amazing reviews so it should be a good one.

How was Mylo? I heard it was absolutely rammed and some of his mixing was all over the place.
