wedding cake

JJ - £600 for a cake is ridiculous, no matter how lovely it is i think maybe the missus should compromise and go for one a little lower :)
 
Mambs - £600 isn't that expensive for a wedding cake. When we were looking at cakes we saw lots in excess of that amount. No-one eats them anyway :lol:

I don't think I'd be too keen on employing any regular Spotlighters if I'm honest. I don't have you down as an industrious bunch. (I say 'you' rather 'us', thus discounting myself in this statement because I'm not a 9-5er thus meaning everything I need to do gets done, even if it's a midnight. I fear some Spotlighters might mislead their employers about being busy and thus, heaven forbid, get less done because they're on here.:lol: Am I right? Promise I won't tell.)

No, you aren't right! I'm on Spotlight when I'm making/taking phone calls and i can do this multi-tasking you talk of. I wouldn't post on here so much if i thought it jeopardised my work and ultimately my financial security ;)

same situation as stuie for me.............busier some days than others, only really put my job on the line when i get engrossed in a battle such as the recent epic "drew v barbie":lol:
