The last week must be the dullest I have ever seen, it has poured every day!

Is it just up here (like usual), or everywhere?

Havent seen a blue sky in weeks

I am working from our Glasgow office today its pissed down all day! Took me ages to get here this morning on the M8  Could not see a bloody thing due to all the spray from lorries :?

I was in Glasgow all weekend, and the weather was awful. Took us ages to get home last night with the rain and a few break downs blocking the road

I want some cold crisp days ;)

it was lovely yesterday, sunny and warm, but when I got up this morning at 6, I thought Wilma was on me doorstep :?

Scene outside for the past week:

Gale force winds, very very dull and grey, and the rain is lashing down. Oh, and its bloody freezing to

It was cold and windy pissing down on Saturday night - it was on and off for some relief to run to the train but then it would start up again and flood the streets. Today, cold and grey but at least the landlord put the heat on. 8) We're expecting a Nor'easter tomorrow night. Time for the wellies!

Regarding Wilma - I can't believe how those reporters can stand in 100 mph winds without a harness. I saw a Fox News reporter blow away down a street in Texas during Hurricane Rita; then a few seconds later he popped up, put his Fox News hat back on (which blew away before he did), and continued reporting like nothing happened. 8O

Rain here too. I think you all sent it over just to torture me as the past month had been gorgeous and sunny.

Temperature is still above normal though so that's good (or else there'd be snow :? )

My parents live in the path of Wilma. I told dad that moving to Florida was a bad idea no matter how warm it is

Paul had Florida in his sights, I, and the recent weather over there, have changed his mind

It's been cloudy over here for the past few days. Quite miserable. I would say. In a few days we, just like almost everyone will have daylights savings time. What a bummer that will be! Go to work in the dark, and come back home in the dark.

Leese: You and Paul should make it out to Laguna. I have no doubt that y'all are going to enjoy it.

The one upside to Florida is there's a big bunch of Chelsea fans down there
Lot's of transplanted Brits. I find Tampa absolutely boring, though, and the jury is still out on Miami after a less than successful trip for New Years holidays. 8 hurricanes in 15 months definitely limits the state's appeal.
