Got to get my costumes out for this one! Do I go as the lion, or squirrel? Hmm.
After reading this thread, I've realised that I went to this place last year but with 2wentys (cos were stupid 
) and it was called "Havin' it in the Hills".
I wasn't that impressed when we went. It seemed too empty. Just seen some pictures on the Zoo Project website, and it looks much more tempting!
So will this be going on this year every Sat?

whats the craic with the drink prices? i read on the other thread that there is a all day ticket which covers the boat party, transport, zoo and entry to people from ibiza. it also says + free drink, just wondered what this meant as the lack of "a" before "Free drink" is little ambiguous

Last year they had a couple of price options, which i think were :
a) ticket and nothing else (bus included)
b) boat party, zoo party and a drink (bus included)
Can't remember the prices i'm afraid however i would say that the prices there are pretty cheap anyway...defo not gonna break the bank !
And you don't have to worry too much about costumes either as they have face and body painters there so you could turn up normal and be transformed into a wild zebra in no time !

Ginge, I am going to take a face painting kit and some hair dye this year - you're sorted - so dont worry about getting "dressed up"..... 8)

I went to a party at the old zoo last year in August, it kicked off about 2pm on the Saturday i arrived.
But i'm sure it was called "Sh.it Party" ?
There was a pool party going on when i arrived during the day, and i did notice a load of workers present.
This must be the same thing ?

you then were at the annual "loco's sh*t workers party", which is a one-off. normally it was the "zoo project", safari themed last summer.

very mangled on a saturday morning with no sleep, stumbled down to the pussycat bar and was hastled to try the zoo project, after listening to the description of loadsa workers, electro music, rave in an abandoned zoo, cheap drinks i thought hey go for it.... trust me, best thing i ever did absolutely qualo... workers are sound and daft stuff like the nitrogen balloons are on tap and well cheap aswell when u get talking to a few of the workers every1s dead sound and relaxed... walked in, wandered round at about 2-3 oclock and there was only really a pool party going on so got a few drinks and then when it starts kicking in is around 6-7 oclock when it gets packed out, absolutely bizarre experience i loved it... think tickets were like 20 euros but well worth it, and u get a taxi fare refunded at the gate when u arrive if u get a receipt from the driver
