Where did you hear that Lawler wasn't the resident?

I did hear that he was considering "stepping aside" for new blood to play his slot but nothing confirmed as far i know.

Is Ghenacia confirmed for We Love.. or just as a Space resident?

He told my mate at Harlem Nights :!:

He must have some presence in Ibiza, he's bought and done up a villa over there. Perhaps not weekly resident, but something like Zabiela, with 6 or 7 gigs though the season.

It's going to need someone of decent quality to fill his boots.
Some of the other residents are great during the day, but Lawler made that 10pm-12 set his own and brought a fantastic tougher electronic sound to the room last year. (i'm biased of course !)

I would have voted Nic Fanciulli, but he's just taken up a residency at Space in Miami apparently.

NastyDirtySexMusic for the last 2 hours every Sunday????!!

After the last Nastydirtysexmusic Smokin Jo said that their plans for the summer are to bring NDSM to the terrace this summer ;)

IMO I think Danny Howells would be a good candidate...pure speculation, don't read into that. I just think he could rock the terrace properly.

I also heard the same about Lawler letting someone else take over...I believe it was from his message board.

the thing is tho, they were very vocal with their accusations about the closures at the end of last year pointing the finger at space and pacha.

may they of ruined their chances?

From what she said they're going to be back upstairs @ Space regardless but for them the terrace is the next move up they're after ;)

could it be that NastyDirty takes over the terrace and Steve moves to the Red Room to do a Harlem Nights party there during We Love?

Surely his next step will be to have his own brand represented as he is pushing it forward now with the 3 branches of the label

i think nastydirtysexmusic would be the most sensible sugestion. i would love it to be howells (as someone mentioned above) as i think hes perfect for the terrace, but with his touring schedule the likelyhood of this happening would be slim.

Yeah, his touring schedule is nuts, especially after his release of GU Miami. For some reason I think he'd be perfect for the terrace...he always makes me groove.

interesting! whoever fills his boots is gonna be wickid, have no fear about that.

imagine is tenaglia had a residency... 8O 8O

Don't forget kidz, that if all goes to plan, the 'New' Terrace at space is gonna be open all night. It'll be a very different vibe with no midnight close build up going on.

Lawler is da dogs but there will be loads more time for loads more dj's. what's to stop the Tim'n'Jo Show being on on the terrace, say 1am-6?

;)

I'm just gutted about Lawler not doing the terrace apparently!

Got my tickets for the Colours Summer Party with him & Sasha so should get a wee fix of "Viva la house" then!
