I remember quite a few years back, I popped round to the Playa Bella (San antonio bay) to visit friends who work at the bar etc, a young boy was going down their water slide (I'm not sure if he was being silly or not..) and came right off the edge from about half way up and quite badly broke his arm
The slide has since been taken down and replaced with the trampolines, bouncy castles and those 'sharks' seen around the island but it's made me question the safety of slides abroad.
Basically, just be cautious and sensible, I'd hate for another accident like that to happen
