Water in Priviledge

Is it definitely ok to drink the tap water at Priviledge?

I've never fancied any of the nights there before, but with the news that Ben Sims and Chris Liebling are playing at the Meganite closing party, which is on when I'm over, I might consider it.

Please dont even attempt to drink the tap water in there because you will get really really ill, very very quickly :cry:
Instead get yourslf up to the bar and get yourself a nice bottle of warm water and at the bargain price of €9 each........ :?

Defo visit privlege at least once, its a real experience

No you can drink the water in there, or at least you used to be able to, it was only place in the island that you could drink the tap water, don't know now cos I haven't been for a few years but def used to be the case.

Yes @ Privilege there is at least one tap in each toilet that contains drinking water.

Dont even try at any other clubs tho! :P

It'd just be nice to save myself about 60 euros every time I go out clubbing!

I used to drink so much water but last year in the clubs i just drank coke. the sugar is obviously good for you then and I seemed to need to drink less!
 
I go through loads of water when I go out clubbing in England and most of the clubs I visit are obliged to fill you a glass for free which is great.

Its really annoying that when you go out in Ibiza where the temperatures are high, you have to pay through the nose to stop becoming a dehydrated cripsy thing in the corner at the end of the night.

I don't suppose they will but would it really hurt so much to give out little bottles of water in the clubs?

The owners could still rob people blind for the alcohol if they liked.

Wishful thinking I suppose.

Dear Me . .it was said tongue in cheek.

I was imagining the sort of reply the club owners may have put forward as an excuse not to give out free water. The point is that they could afford it due to the extotionate prices charged for the alcohol within the establishments.

Maybe there should be a sticky about the tapwater in the clubs - I'm sure its something that everyone asks about.

Apparantly it's only in the blokes loos :roll:

As for Privilege, I didn't go last year but the year before I drank it and it tasted like normal drinking water and didn't make me ill at all, they supposedly have their water from a spring. The notices still tell you not to drink it though :D
 
Last year I was told... there is definitely one toilet which has safe drinking water in it but I dont think the rest did...

Only snag being, trying to find this one darn toilet in a place soooo huge each time! :roll:
 
When I went to Ibiza in 2002, stayed in a room and drank from the basin tap everyday and was fine, my cousin said don't but i thought sod it if i'm ill, i'll be ill not drinking properly.

What can happen to you apart from running to the loo alot. The water can't be that bad!
 
Ive never been to the ilse before but how do the handle re-entry? Is it possible to buy a big bottle in the one of the shops before you go in and stash it in the bush. When you're in dire needs of cheap water it will always be there. Probably just a dumb idea. :oops:
 
The last time i went to manumission in privilage i drank about 3 bottles of the tap water and it did nothing to me. I know it not encouraged to drink but I didnt even think it tasted at all bad as i was able to drink 3 bottles about. Unless that was coz i wasjust sooooo thirsty that i was dying for water and i wouldnt notice wether it had salt in or not.

I drank from the taps that have the marble sink with two pieces stuck together at right angles near the trees.
