Hello,
I am making a very short trip to Ibiza later this week. The plan for the first day is to go to the Salinas beach in the afternoon (love that beach), then watch the sunset - but where should I go for the sunset?
The choice seems to be between the sunset strip in SanAn, or some place overlooking Es Vedra (e.g. the lookout point below Torre de Savinar). The sun will go down in the Northwest this time of the year, so Cap des Falco (which is much closer to the beach) is probably unsuitable for watching.
How bad is the traffic to SanAn this time of the year - is there a realistic hope of driving from Platja de ses Salines to the sunset strip and parking there within, say, 50 minutes? Or is heading towards Es Vedra a safer option?
Any other opportunities for watching the sunset close to Platja de ses Salines I may have missed?
