I just tried this and it works!

Who said its only FreeSat that had ITV HD??!

If it's a Sky+ / HD box:

Pull the plug out, wait for 2 minutes and then plug it back in again.

Hold down the backup button and press the power button.

Keep the backup button held in until the lights on the front change (can't remember if it's flashing or solid lights)

This will update the software on the box.

It must be connected to the phone line though.
