Vitamin B12

A few days ago someone left a message saying that taking vit B12 along with 5HTP reduces comedowns even more than just 5HTP alone.

Does anyone know if this is true and is it worth getting some vit B12 before I jet off to Ibiza, which is in a few hours by the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep - I can confirm this is the case. However I found it really hard to come across those tablets. Took me 2 weeks to find them! But I would recommend buying them to take alongside 5-HTP

Also Magnesium tablets are recommended, they seemed to stop jaw clenching type activities.

taking all vitamin supliments will reduce a comedown. all a come down is is your body with low levels of vitamins, if you replace them then you cure you comedown. i think!!

eat fruit.

don't take supplements, take it the way god's beautiful nature intended.

you can get fresh fruit really easily in every supermarket.

it's tastier too.

Take it from a nurse....B12 does help the comedowns. We can buy B12 that you take sublingual...under your tongue in just about every drugstore. Just my two cents ;)

Been out to lunch and Superdrug have B12 on at half price - £1.19

I was looking at Magnesium but it says on the pack "For Women during their cycle" and I am a man and went to work in my car this morning so I guess it won't work for me... :?
