I've been to The Admiral for an indie night and wasn't that taken aback by it - just a typical small venue - but would give it another go for a decent dance night. I generally prefer bigger places (like The Arches), as I like to go a wander when I'm . Are the bouncers 'liberal'?

aah see I like small venues - when you get to 36 you just want somewhere more chilled where everyone you know is close at hand and you don't have to walk for miles to find your mates. I quite liked the pub upstairs there too.

Hmmm. Planning on doing Stag & Dagger in mid-May, plus Death Disco (w/ Crookers, Aeroplane, The Whip & more) that night, so need to see what the money is like.
