Villa vs Hotel/Apartment?

Only for a short period (e.g. a couple of days) due to the price, if I couldn't find anywhere else. There are much better places.

Where have you stayed?

I've stayed in Ses Savines & the Arenal before & this year I stayed in a friends apartment as she was working out in Ibiza for the summer. If we decide to stay in a hotel/apartment next year then we will most likely go back to Ses Savines or the Arenal. Or this year I did visit Puchet & I quite liked it there, it had a really nice pool area for chilling out in the day.

Where abouts are Ses Savines and Arenal? I'm always looking for better hotels. Stayed somewhere nicer every year so far, without too much of a price increase.

They are both on the beach just along from Itaca, Ibiza Rocks Bar, Linekers etc by Bay Bar (Probably one of my favourite bars in Ibiza). They are like 1 minute apart from each other and are sister hotels, Ses Savines also has apartments :-)

Haha. Guess you can't win in places like San An.

Er ... Es Vive is in Figueretas  :!: Unfortunately a hefty proportion of the clientele usually leaves much to be desired, notwithstanding the price tag :?

Plenty of places in San An you won't get woken up in by idiots banging on the door and the like, some of them very very cheap too. Just depends on the culture of the management.

Id stay in a grass hut if it had air conditioning...never again will i go to ibiza and stay a place without air conditioning...getting 5 hours of drunken sleep everynight in the mediterranean sun from 7-12 was horrible.

June and September - forget about it.

July and August - air-con is a must.

When we went mid june in 09, we didn't need Aircon at Piscis Park. But we'd also managed to get a room each, as we booked quite late and the rooms were cheap.

'10 / '11 needed aircon as we went in July.

May look into booking Ses Savines
