Venue/club advice

Hi all,

I'm going to Ibiza from late July to early/mid August and whilst I am mostly going three for relaxing and the weather, I can't completely avoid going to a good party

Been browsing through some nights, and wasn't too thrilled with the line ups. That said, I've probably only seen the big ones like Pacha, Amnesia etc.

I'm looking for nice and preferably less big and mainstream places for a good night out; music wise something deep house / tech house / indie dance stuff - if that rings a bell. Solomun, Subb-Ann, Maya Jane Coles, Oxia, KiNK, Ame...

If anyone can recommend any venues that would be greatly appreciated! I'll be residing in Ibiza City, willing to travel a bit on the island of course

Hi Simon. Based on the artists you have listed, your music is everywhere.

Solomun+1 (he has a couple with Ame) at Pacha,
Paradise at DC-10 on a Wednesday will give you the trendy deep stuff.
Get Physical at Privilege will cover off a more deeper, underground sound (M.A.N.D.Y etc)
Sankeys on a Tuesday for DIYnamic cannot be missed, and check out Flying Circus on a Saturday too.


Tech-house is everywhere too, but you haven't listed a tech-house DJ...but if you do like it, find Loco Dice at Ushuaia for that monotonous ticky-tacky tech-house, Cocoon parties for energy, Marco Carola for something a little different...in my opinion.

Everywhere will be really busy in August but like Richie said I think somewhere like Sankeys will offer you a more relaxed (and cheaper) night out to your music tastes, plus pacha is convenient as your in ibiza town. Or just check out all the free daytime action on bossa beach!
