Valentines Weekend Thread

Going for a nice sunday lunch at a local restaurant that has an adjoining stables so lttl'un can ride a pony. Card and choccies and shes happy ;)

Flying to New York early tomorrow morning for a week. 8)

It's bloody cold out there though.

(Are you still going today ? All flights to NYC from here have been cancelled due to massive snowstorms....
Enjoy it when you do get there - awesome city !)

No valentine stuff planned, not too fond of all that. But it's carnaval here too, so plenty of fun and games going on !

taking the wife to our favourite restaurant saturday night so we can get merry as well without worrying about work the next day!!! :D

which means i might get away with watching footy all day sunday if i get her drunk enough as she has terrible hangovers

Working this weekend, but did bring herself away for a night last weekend. It was to an old fashioned hotel where we had afternoon tea served to our room and Sunday Brunch instead of breakfast. Nice to go back in time a little...........

Hope to get out for a meal together if we can locate a babysitter.

am reluctantly meeting up with a lady this evening who I strongly suspect would like to spend valentine's night doing depraved things to me but sadly am not really that interested. So will instead be attending a birthday/sushi/karaoke* thing in Holborn before heading down to the corsica studios for the latest lowlife party.

*I haven't done this since 1993 and so am, to put it mildly speaking, kakking it.

what... karaoke? just choose a song you are comfortable with, keep the ad libs to a minimum and go for a really strong finish. you'll have them dancing on the tables. 8)

As someone advised me previously: leave your turn until late on when everyone's battered. Choose a well known sing-along and watch your drunken mates drown you out:lol:

Friday - Arrive back in Moscow, work, then a big charity party that's doubling as an acquaintance's birthday. He claims it'll be really wild. hoping to make it to Krysha later for Russ Gabriel.

Saturday - Watch football on the new cable TV (instead of through the Internet as is often the case), attend a friend's going away party (moving back to the US). Later is a toss-up among Cocoon and parties with DJ Hell & co. and Todd Terrry & Choo Choo Romero.

Sunday - Sleep. Might get dragged to the home of a friend of the missus for Russia's version of pancake day.
Scratch that. Change of plans. Staying in London.

Fri - May see a friend's band play at a bar in Shepherd's Bush
Sat - Chelsea v Cardiff, post-game drinks, hope to make it to East Village in Shoreditch for Mark Sun's gig with Tim Sheridan
Sun - Fly back to Moscow

Friday - gym, chill and Blu Rays
Saturday - we've got Chris healings from Hybrid over for a dj set on saturday which is always a great night.
Sunday - Afterparty til the death
