Actually even now while the rooms are still regular old fashioned fiesta style you will pay more for a room with Ushuaia stage view than you would for panoramic sea view. I priced the hotel for the end of sept and it is still more expensive that side even though there won't be anything on in Ushuaia that weekend :/
