Firstly, Ants was incredible yesterday so top marks to the production team and DJs. Really was a World class event!
However....
In PDB last night Space were handing out wrist bands for pre-midnight reduced entry to Elrow (nothing unusual with that).
But Ushuaia and the thugs they employ as "Security" didn't want anybody entering Ushuaia to wear one of these bands!
As we all know the security at Ushuaia (in many peoples opinion) are some of the most vile bunch of people that exist on Gods planet who have absolute utter hate for every walking human being ever created. But, as you enter, you always try to be happy and smile as you just don't want to be on the receiving end of all of the anger and frustration brewing inside of them.
But as soon as you entered the Ushuaia queue everyone with a Space wristband was pulled aside there arms forcibly held up and the Space wrist band cut from them - including a few of the hairs on my arms in my case!
I mean is this actually legal?
What would they have done if I was wearing a Tag watch and they preferred Tissot? Would they have just cut that off too?
Is this really normal or just Ushuaia scared that people will leave 30 minutes early to get into Space? Or is this a Space Vs Ushuaia battle that could get dirty over the summer?
So the lesson is put the wristband in your pocket and don't give them a reason to almost cut your arm open!
Rant over...
