The rules go out the window for their closings..... so where else can you dance outside until 4AM! I just hope they have Apollonia on Midnight-Close......

Anyone know if this San Jose crack-down will mean they might not play on until 4-5AM this year? Or are they allowed to for the Closing?

apollonia closing tonight, but already starting at 10.30pm.
A sign that it won't be going till 4am this year or a reeaally long set by apollonia? :)
 
ushuaïa maybe not closing that late tonight? this could be an indicator for it...

I'm currently in bed realising I need to get my ass up and to Ushuaia a bit sharper than I thought!

Can't see them finishing dead on midnight, but looks like this ain't a 5AM finish that we usually get for Ushuaia closing!

Anyone know if they've been warned or they just don't want to cross the council? Or is everyone now going to get to Amnesia earlier as they ain't going all day Sunday?

This is going to be a fun and interesting evening / tomorrow.....

but when you've done ush-closing a few times it's nicer to listen live @home/from bed/wherever than beeing squeezed between those silly pools and drinking heineken beer ...
 
Good night, good sets from Andrea oliva, apallonia and Joris and nic of course (although not in same league as their Familia night, if these two play back to back anything less than 2.5 hour set is pointless.)

I need to give Nina Kraviz her own segment. I have not seen such a bad set in YEARS. She was terrible, truely awful, not only in her tune selection but in her mixing. There were 4 occasions of utter train wrecks of huge proportions. It was embarrassing.

Los Suruba need to be pushed up the rankings, they would've done a much better job than this excuse of a dj kraviz

So nothing's changed then ! I've said it time & time again ... she's an utter disaster, when I see her anywhere near a lineup if there isn't a decent alternative it's grounds for a 'swerve' !

Saw her at Coxy.... It could have been the same track for an hour.

If she spent more time trying to mix properly and less time waving her arms around in the air then maybe there wouldn't be segments in her set that sounds like someone chucking a suitcase full of cutlery down a marble staircase

she's not, she's just a bit of a hit or miss type of dj's.
I've seen her a few times over the past 6 years and when she's bad, she's really bad (usually when it's those stupid short festival 1.5 hours sets), but when she's good, it's pure magic.
I would much prefer to see her in a proper club where she's the only headliner, playing a long set, and would probably skip events where she plays for 1.5-2 hours.
