Ushaia Tower Dresscode for Sasha?

well looking at the defected photo album of monday, it doesn't seem there was a dress code at all tbh.

They'll probably be selective when it's busy and try to spot big spenders. When it's not so busy, you've likely nothing to fear ... as long as you're not clearly British :lol:
 
Did i read somewhere that there isnt a dresscode for the sasha parties? Or have i completely made that up?
 
For those wondering about dress code, went to this earlier and there didn't seem to be one. Was only there 6 till 9 and was a mix of people in beach wear and smart casual. Music was alright. Wasn't busy, no one really dancing and atmosphere was a bit rubbish. Bit of a shame for an opening of a new party.
 
This doesn't sound to promising. Maybe it got busier 9 till 12. What time was Sasha due on and what is the Tower like as a venue. Looking forward to seeing Sasha and Sneak on the 28th and hope its not a let down!
 
just got home. great night! true, only got busy from 9 onwards (sasha started at 10.30) but then atmosphere was great! sasha dropping melodic, catchy tunes (new andhim went down well) and smiling faces everywhere. was far from full though but it meant there was enough room to move and actually enjoy.

don't know whether anybody was turned away but crowd in general very party casual without looking sankeys-trashy. loved that. gentlemen, come in shoes instead of flip flops and wear a tshirt instead of these girlie-tanktops and you'll be fine.
 
Have to say the place is everything that is going wrong with Ibiza. Snooty beyond belief. We went there late afternoon to check out the venue really looking forward to seeing Sasha later, we didn't return. Reading the post from el_loco, obviously the crowd changed dramatically as it was poser central late afternoon. Oyster & caviar bar at at dance venue ffs! No doubt the pr will be ramped up to the max and the essex crowd will probably love the place. Worst venue in Ibiza. Sasha has sold his soul playing at this venue for sure.
 
i haven't been myself, but others of our team went and reported the music was really good.

there is no dresscode on sundays for sasha's party.
 
Music being really good doesn't make a great party! This venue is as far removed from the original ethos of clubbing as one could possibly be. I have defended Pacha for years against people saying it is too pretentious and snooty to be a place for a good party night. Ushuia towers takes the whole concept of snobby clubbing to a new level. Epic fail, sadly people will fall over themselves to be 'seen' at the venue 'cos it's the place to be :(
