urgent - where @ibiza is this house ??

does anybody know anything about the history
of this abandoned and only half finished house ?

don´t know the exact name of this area, but you see it,
when you follow the road to cala jondal til the end, then take the
little street up to the small hill and pass through the little residential area:

weird, i went past last week and thought the same.

i couldn't work out if it is being built or had been stopped.

any idea how long it has been there? it is huge?

no idea, took this small road the first time at daylight this year.
and it looks very huge (and quite ugly) from the distance,
but i didn´t drive closer to it than to the point from where i took
the pictures ...
 
It's a nice house !!

What about the woman ?? Does anyone know where she is ?? Or is she included in the price.

Would prop need to see the boat first . ( everyones now looking out to sea ! )
