Probably still in the architects imagination,
it looks as though it is computer generated to me.
yes, foto looks strange, propably photoshopped,
but this house must exist (or ar least should exist :-) ) because a friend rented it,
but sent me only pictures last night without adress, can´t reach him at the moment etc ...

ok, where is it ? in the north? somebody recognizes in which area this rock is ??

The lines are to clean - see how the top of the table aligns with the pool - and the shading of the seats & table is not real - in my humble opinion of course;)!

looks amazing tho - if they build it can we go stay?!

I've seen pictures of a pool and view somewhat similar to that before. Somewhere on here, I believe. Seems like I remember the villa being somewhere on the west coast.

thanks@all.
i´ll see (probably very soon) if this house really does exist -
or if it´s just an illusion :-)

ok.
we stayed there for 7 days, at the beginning everything is very impressing,
etcblabla ...

... BUT:
i would never ever stay there again !!!
this house sucks - it has bad karma.
the view down to the sea like shown on the pictures dosn´t exist anymore,
it´s still good, but some douchebad built another house in front of it,
so part of the view is gone !!! and the "cement design" sucks after a while ...

at the last night 4 rooms in the house were ****INK ROBBED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
money, creditcards, cameras, mobiles - erverything WAS ****ING GONE !!!

the dumbassstupiddoucheabagsonofabxxx who makes the renting for the owner
wasn´t of any help !!!!
we know who stole our stuff but can´t prove it ... die you mother****ers !!!

they want to sell it for 6.000.000 euros - ridiculous ...
avoid this house - it sucks !!

First image is still without any doubt computer rendered - i'm just saying!

btw anyone seen the Sunday Times (UK) today. I am pretty sure that the house in question is on the cover of the property section go see.

horrible article tho, i dont know why i still get the damn paper.

'ibiza is fast becoming Europe's most presitgious summer address, as hedge funders, film directors, saudi arabian princesses & sophisticated bohemians - the moneyed brisitsh elite - flock there for the ultimate chill out (:spank::spank:!!)'

I'm still making my mind up which category I'm in.

"...
Living in six million euro
The architect Ramón Esteve is the author from this dwelling within reach of very few

Eivissa | L. F. A. The desire of many mortals is to live in a house of daydream.
Only a few they have access to these masiones and Eivissa, just as published recently
The Times, has become a paradise of villages for millionaires, that have found
in the island a pleasant climate, an unpayable landscape and intimacy.

In the real estate agencies there is an extensive offering of houses that surpass
the million, the two million or the three million euro but also there are special cases,
unique dwellings, like that of Na Xamena-Sant Miquel that ... costs six million euro.

A Mediterranean minimalist style mansion with impressive views to the sea
and some spectacular put of sun.

It it purified architecture, work of Ramón Esteve, is one of the incentives of the
dwelling that counts on 700 square meters built, 2,200 of land, seven dormitories
and seven baths, a parlor of ceiling to five meters of height, independent kitchen
and furnished with details of design and completely equipped, as well as a pool d
esborante of 14 meters of long and almost 100 square meters of surface,
that melts with The horizon.

The garden counts on palm tree and a zone chill out.
The house has gymnasium and park garage of six cars.
The interior design is intimately related to the lines and pure geometry of the
architecture and there is not any type of skillful element.
One of the pecularities is that the chairs of the dining room have been manufactured
in wood of iroko, the same one that covers the wall and the ceiling of the dining room.
The furniture of the outside are of white polyethylene and aluminum and they continue
the guidelines of some of the large industrial designers, like Philippe Starck, that affirm
that the industrial materials are the most respectful with the environment,
since they do not damage the forests.
The furniture was created explicitly for this house and later has been produced
by the firm Gandía Blasco.
The authors emphasize that the interior design has been integrated in the architecture,
without superfluous elements and from there the coherence that emanates of the house.

Don't suppose you saw any of these Saudi Arabian Princesses floating about in ibiza this year????

... any of these Saudi Arabian Princesses floating about in ibiza this year????
no idea - princess or not ... can´t believe that there is anybody out there in this world
crazy enough to pay the ridiculous amount of 6.000.000 mother****ing euros
for this cementbunker which probably is so heavy that one day it will fall down
from the cliff into the sea :-)
