If it's your first trip, I would advise against a car. Everything you need/want party wise is easy to get to without a car and part of the fun is learning the island. People are very friendly and will help you out if you ask.

You can do a lot on the buses... San An - Ibiza Town. Ibiza Town - PDB. Cheap, regular. I've been 6 times and never hired a car, mainly because I like to be on the beer, if only at a low level, almost constantly.

Hey mustafa, some of these guys are joking.
Look, my opinion:
If you want to see the island and see the remote parts like es vedra, "hidden" beaches, small towns and really discover the quaint folksy and more rugged side of ibiza then rent a car.
If your aim is just to go clubbing then just bus it bro!
You can always take a taxi too. As to the planning of your trip, which night are you going to?
It helps if you find people with similar interest.

My advice is to have a car (can't imagine beeing in ibz without a car since 1999) unless you plan to drink a lot & takes some stuuf & can be dangerous driving in these conditions...
Without car for one week trip, you gonna lose some times with the bus going from one place to one place(beach, pre party, restaurant, party, party to other place ect...)..& if you have a lot of things to to do on one day a car is hardly recommanded especailaly coming from San Antonio(Driving in ibz is fu.ck.in dangerous with all these guys loaded & driving lol...but if you drive with care you can deal with)..you re not a student? you can afford a car renting..Taxi is a ripp off...then with a car try to meet some spotlight to share oil ect...& going on ur own, it's totally recommanded to have a car & should post in the meet me in biiz what are your taste in music & your schedule plan (if you 've got one, if don't have & yours is to met girls ..can't help you & it's not here the place to..LOL even i've noticed some spotlight knights here posting in Princess's post

Are you sure for asian girlz?(i find the few irish girlz i met very sexy(they were model but without makeup did not notice it )) in ibz:no offend Craig lol)because lot of asian people i've tried to have a talk are little "stuck up" on the whole...except my 2 lovely koreans girlz met before entering Dc10 circoloco (it was her last days (& they wanted to hang with me (next ibz trip, i've told them) ) & there were with spanish guy speaking english..i'm sure he pretend to be spanish to fool the girlz lol & see him pouring crystal on drink (not too sure if the girls knew it)) & other at used & abused party dancing if she was a gogo (too much surgery & tatoo:not for me 
).her name was Hyemin park on FB but impossible to find her :so many homonyms...grateful if anyone find her lol
