I will be there tomorrow too! As well as tonight! Might need to remortgage the house to pay for drinks…Going tomorrow night for Prydz...I am not extremely curious/excited about UNVRS, as usually I prefer gigs in smaller clubs, but he plays there so
I just hope the vibes will be good, people dancing and enjoying...and for a GREAT set

At the Carl Cox opening now, arrived maybe 01:45, I was ready to leave after 15 minutes but for some reason still here. Maybe its just me but this feels way more crowded than last years Hi Keinemusik closing. Probably just because I don’t know the venue but yeah not the first impression I was hoping for…

I just got back - we all had same the same thoughts when we arrived but managed to hang on in there til 4. We found a very small pocket of space to dance and loved it! Came back on the early side though as I’m trying to save a bit of energy for tomorrow night.
Still here, I hanged out at the Dome between like 02:45-04:00. Didn’t even see the stairs when I tried to go to the main room or whatever it is. A lot of people have left, ~04:30-> it has been ”ok”.
Edit: and I’m solo so its even harder to find any space.

Wow, given the size of that venue and there still not being room to move is a joke. These clubs need to do better. The council need to sort this shit out year after year the same at different venues.

I went to the Carl Cox Birthday Bash at Privilege in 2019 and it was ridiculously busy. Found ourselves in the Vista for a few hours as the main room was nuts. My Mrs didn’t enjoy it and wanted to leave early

One of my friends left just before 2 and they had to take her out via a staff exit as she couldn’t get to the main exit because the way was blocked by so many people
Thanks for the reviews. Yikes, im in ibiza next weekend and was considering Cox on the sunday as the night to try this place out, but now seriously considering giving it a miss and just doing DC-10 on the monday (not exactly the epitome of load of space I know!)

This was the reason my friend left, she kept thinking about that and couldn’t stay. Even security couldn’t get to the exits at one point. Madness.
I do think it was just because it was the opening party. I’d be surprised if it was that busy every week. On the plus side though because everyone was in the main room there was space to dance in the bunker.
