In 2004 Underwater will be going Bi-monthly at London's The End following three years of rocking monthly parties manned by label head Emerson.
Starting on January 31st, Underwater will be at The End on the last Saturday in January, March, May, July, September and November - with a bonus Christmas Party in December. And instead if the usual two rooms, Underwater will be taking over all three rooms - including the AKA. In Room 1 (main) expect the tougher end of house from Emerson and the Underwater boys Wally Lopez, Paul Jackson, Sharam Jey, Paul Woolford, Rune RK and the renowned all nighters with Emerson and Deluxe B2B... Plus the best talent from house music including Josh Wink and more. Room 2 (lounge) you can get Beats and Breaks/ RnB and Hip-Hop with Pedro Winter and DJ Mehdi, plus the Finger Lickin crew with Krafty Kuts and A-Skills. In Room 3 (AKA) expect party house (proved to be extremely popular in Room 2 throughout the residency so far) on the US tip with Mark Wilkinson and the Kidology Collective plus sexy party house boys Mutiny.
Underwater will also undertake it's first ever Northern residency at the mighty Sankeys in Manchester. Starting on February 7th (with Tim Deluxe Live and Paul Woolford), Underwater will be going Bi-monthly at Sankeys on the first Saturday of the month. It will showcase what's best on the label with Underwater single and album launches plus live shows, supporting and displaying what talent the label has to offer. In room 2 expect Beats, breaks, hip-hop and disco.
