is underground still open?

one of the best nights ive ever had on the island was in underground and it was free to get in!! this was in 2005,in 2006 it was shut when i was there but im hoping it has been reopened again? can anyone shed any light on it as i cant find any info anywhere

yes, it's still open - i just was there last night!

(from june open mon - sat as i've heard last night)
 
brilliant news! you've made my week! im guessing its planning to be as good as it was. i really hope its still one of the lesser known places. i doubt it is but do you know if it will still be free to get in?

Due to technical problems with the sound system and the electrics at Underground.
Underground will be closed for 3 weeks and will not open tonight....but don't worry we will be shifting the party to the beautiful restaurant bar L'elephant in San Rafael.

The Underground - doesn't open till June 6th according to the '08 thread...is this up-to-date info?
 
They having a quick refurb ? I had a note to say they were closed for 3 weeks due to technical problems with sound / electricity, ? what could take that long ?

its an old finca...they probably doing new things like decided to put a brand new kick ass sound system and put the bike back in the tree too!!!!! will they rename it indiana cafe like the old days? i wish!!!!!
 
New sound system ? Can I have the old one please :?::twisted::lol:, Probably one of the best sounding systems of all the clubs on the island in my opinion.

Hola!

Sorry if this is a re-post of any sort, but I would like to know before my first of two holidays over on the white isle...

Mr C used to have his Wednesday nights at Underground, although I heard that he has now moved to DC10 (I have't been over since 2006) Is Underground still open through the week? And is it still free?!

Superfreq are not at dc10 this year . I think they are doing monthly parties at a place called Cova Santa (?)
 
Underground is still open but dunno when they close...got here last night so ill check that out soonish i hope! feels good to be back home!
 
Here's an email i got from underground dated May 30th...

Hi Mark, we open for this summer on friday 6th June, we open six nights a week from July. Our first week will be friday and saturday, then the following week thursday, friday, saturday, week after wed,thu,fri,sat, etc. hope you can make it, N
 
ACE, that means it will be open on Wednesday - hurrah :D

hey... What sort of music / crowd do you get at underground? Is there any nights that are worth visiting more than others? Cheers

like the name its underground! lots of minimal tech , tech house! the crowd is mainly veteran workers and lots of ibiza residents like myself! the chill out area is great, music from the inside but without the base line! it is one stop to do if you like underground parties! enjoy!
