UK social welfare system gone wrong?

Is it me or is just as much money wasted by people spending all day in chatrooms. Costing their employers and the state money in lost revenue?

its called multi-tasking.

it all evens itself out with the hours i put in after 5pm, plus time spent when im not at work, thinking ahead for ideas to projects that have yet to be started.

My boss always gets his moneys worth where im concerned.
