Two more acts confirmed For Homelands.

I also read baby shambles are to play  :?:

My flat mate has the bravery album, I listened to it the other day, really good..

Personly I would not go homelands for live rock bands so I dunno how it will go down. The odd few live dance acts obviously. Will be intresting to see how it turns out

As much as I like the idea of live acts @ Homelands there's a time and place for them imo. Watching them having a few vinos in the afternoon, they go down a treat but come 8pm and later the last thing I want to do is listen to a band. The only live act I definitely want to see @ Homelands is The Streets again.

them 2 have been confirmed for ages, the worrying thing is the line up for the strongbow rooms at v fest looks better than homlands-FACT

I think the line-up for Homelands is blinding this year, a definite return to form from Mr Hughes and co :D

i think its quite shocking,63 quid the price has rose and yet theres rumours on the horizon that this could be the last ever homelands,i wonder why?

I spose it just depends on your musical preferences, tbh I find £63 more than reasonable for a nice day/night in the countryside listening to some of my fave DJs :D I really doubt that Darren Hughes won't do another Homelands, I've done all the festivals and I find that Homelands is by far the most successful.

dont get me wrong,i had the best time of my life at lasts years homelands but this year you can get more for your money at the other festivals,i mean theres only 2 breaks acts and its like they've pulled all the stops to book a load of rubbish bands(babyshambles wtf!)

Any line-up that has got The Streets, 2ManyDJs, Felix, Miss Kitten, Grandmaster Flash, Howells, Lawler, Tiefschwarz etc etc is fine by me :D As I said before there's a time and place for bands at festivals and it's definitely not any time after 6pm Saturday evening.

V has a good dance tent considering it's mainly live acts, in all honestly it don't come close to homelands though.. still glad they have this though, i'll probably spend my entire wkend in there and will forget about all the acts :D
