Has anyone been to Garage Heaven @ Eden or TAN @ Es Paradise?

What does everyone think of them, have they been good nights? My friend who I am going with also likes the garage and RnB music, and says he wants to go to one of these nights while we are out there?

So what have they been like?
 
Hey, yeah i went to both. they were both really really good! i'd recommend them both esp the twice as nice night!
