Tune Question

I am looking for quite an old tune I guess, but I heard it a lot of times in all kinds of remixed forms, it has a man in it saying :

You know what is what but you don't know what is what, what the f*ck, they just struck..

Or something like that..

Can anyone help me out with this one? THANKS!!

Can that tune be like 2-3 years old or something?

Fatboy Slim actually sampled an old Roland Clark record called Speak To Me which in my opinion is far superior to the Fatboy Slim chart tosh version.

It's also knocking around as an accepella so it could of been played over various different records.
 
Thanks very much for that info, it is indeed that track, but i guess i heard the acapella version over some electro/acid tune, was really great, too bad they didn't release that live mix version :)
