It's a techno tune with a bassline similar to Donna Summer - I Feel Love. I would think it's at least a year old as i have it on a Umek mix from this time last year and it was on Agoria's essential mix a couple of weeks ago.

It's not Gary Martin - Casa Caugat although it sounds similar but more dirty.
