I've been searching for these lyrics for a few days, but the only relevant thing I can find is another question here in this thread.
I most recently heard it yesterday on a radio station I listen to online from Buenos Aires http://www.beatbox.fm/ And I sent them an e-mail too.
It's a techno driving rock beat (kind of like Starkiller's "Diskoteka") and the female lyrics go:
"Such a crying shame, she's so pretty so insane". they took off her hat , and _____
"She's totally unhinged and she's swinging in the wind, she's cool cool"
